Always on time, courteous and professional. We have been using their services several times now and were never disappointed. Please keep up the good work .

So last year our furnace went down in the cold spell, and the furnace was blinking 3 times, for pressure sensor. We called Pete the plumber for they are supposed to be the best. Their guy came and changed the burner and put air through the pressure sensor unit to clean it. The guy had come back 3 times and every time I asked him to put in a new pressure sensor but he said its not the problem, he said its ur main board so u need a new furnace. Ummmm I dont have 6000 bucks. So a friend saw my post on fb, he works with a company doing furnaces and he paid and changed the pressure sensor for free since Pete the plumber wouldnt do it and well they took the last of our money. And guess what our furnace is still going strong almost a year later. Pete might be good but I will never use them again unless Pete him self does it. I did call and complain and got nothing from the lady and no money back for them replacing parts that was not the problem and I even let her k ow that the guy would not change the part the furnace was saying the problem was. So either Pete don't know or his employees are taking advantage of older people into spending money on a new furnace that was not needed. Oh and Pete has not replied or tried to get a hold of us about this problem either.

Brendon from Pete The Plumber just finished installing our new water heater. Very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time and finished the job leaving it spotlessly clean. This the kind of workmanship you hope for but seldomly see.

The American Standard installed in the house had numerous issues that I finally got fed up with trying to fix. I decided to replace it with a better quality unit and selected a Toto Drake. Pete's journeyman plumber Ethen arrived in the scheduled time window , easily took out the old USELESS toilet and installed the the new TOTO. He ensured that there were no leaks by spending a few extra minutes confirming everything was good. He also reviewed other bathrooms for possible future toilet replacement.

I were very impressed with the entire shopping experience at the showroom and with Ethan's installation.

Needed to replace an old toilet. Pete the Plumber arrived when they said they would, the service was great, Thomas was courteous and professional, cleaned up after the job was done. Price quoted was the price I paid when job was finished. I shopped around before I chose PtP, found the prices very reasonable, very satisfied with the service and product.

Thank you Gerry for your excellent service in solving our problem. He went above and beyond in a pleasant efficient manner. Advised us regarding our situation and will most definitely be the only plumber we call in the future. This was a Sunday call out and greatly appreciated.

Had new furnace and water heater installed. Nigel and Nathan did a great job replacing my old monster. The instillation was clean and neat, and I was updated as the job progressed. Extremely satisfied.

Eric did a superb job in checking 6 furnaces for me today. He was quickly able to tweak each one to optimal performance. I will be asking for him the next time I book furnace work to be done.

Had 2 Trane furnaces, 2 General Aire humidifiers, 2 General Aire water savers, 2 Honeywell thermostats (and 2 control units and 4 pressure sensors), 2 Honeywell five inch MERV 11 air filter boxes, 2 PVC fresh air lines, 2 PVC exhaust lines, network of 1" PVC drain lines, new hot water tank flue, and miscellaneous equipment installed in September 2021. Extra work was involved to install new venting in our 1988 house as required by modern building code. There were some unforeseen problems during installation (supply shortages, no concrete floor under old furnace, kink in chimney making replacement of flue difficult) which were overcome and original quote was still honoured. Doug provided the quote and was also the person who led the installation team. Very pleased with results. Still working great 15 months in.
