Our company’s price is by no means expensive compared to other certified companies in our industry but it’s important to know that you cannot have it done right for $80. It really is a great feeling to have someone write in the way you have. Especially if it is something that you do not normally do. When a service such as a duct cleaning can cause you to feel so motivated to share your experience it really must have been a great one. We always appreciate feedback and something like this is among the best we can get. The way that we have educated and trained our staff is clearly reflected in their onsite conducts. It is very important that we educate our customers on proper system maintenance and what to expect out of a professional service. This will ensure the system is properly maintained until we return and also allows our customers to understand the service so that are not taken advantage of by poorly operated companies in the future. Cleaning the dryer exhaust is a service that is often neglected by homeowner and often only remembered when it’s causing a problem. As our second most popular service (next to duct cleaning of course) we are very well equipped to professionally clean even the most challenging of systems. Since this is a very routine process for our staff, they are always thinking of the most efficient ways to not only clean the line but to also do it in a way that minimizes the risk of damaging customer property or inconveniencing them in any way. We normally take care of the entire service from start to finish!

In all honesty your particular situation (duct cleaning of a 100 year old, newly renovated home) is among the most challenging in respects to our residential services. I’m sure the guys (Helder and Jeff) had their work cut out for them but it’s great to hear that although the job was challenging they put in the efforts needed to do a good job for you.
