I found Toronto Carpet and Rug Cleaning on line and called this company based on the reviews posted of great service provided. I can honestly say that I too was very much impressed with Ben's service and knowledge and the company's work on my persian rug. Their work efforts saved my beautiful rug from my pets and so happy to have met Ben through the process! Would recommend this company to anyone seeking a beautiful persian carpet or cleaning or repair of same.

I just bought a 9 by 12 modern handmade rug last year, but unfortunately one of my friends spilled red wine during a party leaving an ugly stain on it. I called up Toronto Rug Cleaning to fix the problem and was more than satisfied with their level of service. The owner Ben personally came to my place to take a look at my rug, gave me a free quote, took my rug for cleaning, and gave me a replacement rug for me to use in the meantime free of charge. He was able to successfully remove the stain and I had my freshly cleaned rug back within 7 days. I was very content with the service and would recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning.

I had two old persian rugs and the colours were starting to fade - they also needed to be cleaned well. Ben was able to fully restore the vitality of my rugs by shaving off a thin layer on top of the rugs. That reduced the thickness and increased the vibrance of the colours again. Ben was very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend him. I will use his service again in the future!

Had a great experience with TRC. Ben came to my home within a few hours of my call inquiring about rug cleaning and provided me with a quote for 3 of our rugs. He came and picked them up the following week and returned them a day early which was very nice. He also left me some extra underpadding for 2 of the rugs. I would definitely use the company again and plan to have another rug cleaned with them in the fall.

Ben was so lovely and did an amazing job with my Persian carpet. I had this service before with another company and it doesn't compare. My sister will be his next customer from my family. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Great Service! Ben was extremely friendly and professional. He promptly came to our house and explained how the service worked and what he would do to take the stains out of our new rug. Took the rug away and in a few days just as he had said returned the rug looking as good as new! No more puppy pee and poo stains! He also advised us to get a better under padding which we did. And we are very happy with it. A huge improvement from our original padding. He explained how to clean and protect our rug in future. Great service! Will definitely use their service again in the future and recommend it to others.

Ben Gholami provided superior customer service! He explained the process and treatment required to get out dog staining. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and brought the rugs back on the day he promised. Considering I just had a baby he also moved furniture to reposition the rugs upon delivery, which was greatly appreciated.

As a lawyer, I spend a lot of time complaining and writing terse letters to companies when I receive poor service, so it was refreshing to deal with a company that makes superior customer service a focus! I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

As a new home owner (do condo's count?), I have occasionally needed to complete home repairs or have something specific fixed. In this case, I was looking to get an area rug cleaned. I thought it was beyond hope, and was actively looking at new rugs.
