I have used the services of Handy Appliances for many years for anything from major appliances to small part replacements. This last visit to Handy Appliances I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and Anastasia. I was made to feel welcome and felt like they were not only competent, but actually liked their job! we had a blocked dishwahser and Handy Appliances were on time, quick, efficient and done in about 15 minutes! I was exceptionally greatful since I was rushing home on my lunch break to get the dishwasher looked at.

Technician Gary and rep Jasneet were efficient, polite, and competent. Due to a cancellation, Gary was able to come early and arrange a specific time (how often does THAT happen?) Will definitely use them again.

I just bought a washer and dryer from Handy Appliances and I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Lawrence. He did a terrific job providing all the info that I needed in order to take a decision on what I should buy. Delivery was prompt and courteous by Deep & Manj. They were careful inside our home, friendly, polite, professional, and paid attention to all the details.

Deep and Joti who delivered our new fridge to our apartment were incredibly polite, and kind. They suggested we switch the side our new refrigerator door would open to after assessing it may block proper access to kitchen cupboard. They quickly disassembled and reassembled the door on the correct side without stress, and were happy to do so. The delivery was quick, but also we felt like they truly cared that we were satisfied with our new fridge. Thanks guys!

We have been dealing with Handy Aplliances for many years. We are more than pleased. We own rental units and are constanly buying all appliances. Today we needed a dishwasher. Lawrence is always there to help us in each and every way. We greatly appreciated the great service and prices.

I purchased and had installed a high efficiency washer and dryer recently..........The salesman, LAWRENCE, once again did a terrific job of providing information and asking the right questions to have me get the most appropriate and best priced appliances to meet my needs. He was very professional and straightforward in his explanations and suggestions. I had dealt with LAWRENCE on previous occasions having purchased kitchen appliances from him the previous year and other appliances for rental properties. On all occasions LAWRENCE was efficient and honest and cared about doing a really good job. This was very reassuring and much appreciated. During delivery and installation both DEEP and MANJ were also very professional. They phoned ahead and arrived when they said they would. The machines were quickly and carefully installed and cleanup was great. Both young men were personable and readily answered my questions. They were well-mannered and knew their product well. All in all it was a great experience and I will not hesitate to make Handy Appliances my go-to store and will recommend LAWRENCE, DEEP and MANJ as excellent service providers.

My range was not working and I had a dinner party coming up. I phoned Handy Appliances in the morning and Jasneet arranged for Gary to come by that afternoon. Problem solved. I appreciated their quick response and Gary's simple solution to my situation; it would have been easy for him to order parts etc.
