I went with them for home security, I wish I read the reviews on google before signing up.

worst company ever, I would not recommend them, I'm trapped in a contract.

the equipment was already there, and they just put the gsm chip, which i paid for and when you try to cancel they will hold you accountable for equipment that they did not provide, they try to make money out of you for things they did not do or provide.

Purchased security camera for surveillance on my phone and
they have had no issues selling anything.
It has been a year and no service on my phone and no service on my computer.
The only way to view is with a monitor hooked up to the system which is a huge inconvenience. My box will not stop beeping as well.
I keep texting and emailing with no reply! Terrible service...
Do not buy anything from them!!!!

Update-After posting this review-they have since come to stop the beeping changed to new rating

Terrible service. No one in the office to answer phone calls. They do not show up when they have appointments. Tried for weeks to get them to come and fix my system. THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!

I have moved several times over the past 8+ years and continued renewing contracts with Henderson for security equipment and services. I recently moved, and as always dealt directly with Mark Wilson, who has always treated me in a professionally and friendly manner. On the day of my most recent installation, I was running very late. I asked Henderson if they could keep this appointment, which they did. The technician, Adam, arrived past his typical quitting time and stayed until after 8PM to complete the installation. I cannot say enough about my business relationship with Henderson. As always, a job well done.

Sales was great and speedy price was fair...service set up is a joke. First guy shows up to install and couldn't get the unit hooked up so he left and told me someone would call me to come and set it up...days went by no one called so I called and asked what was going on and finally a second tech came out to finish the job. He was great got half the set up done but the first guy didn't leave the stuff to complete the job! So again the tech told me someone would call to finish the job lol and here we are again no one has called. I left a nasty message today as they are in breech of the contract and have cashed a cheque for services that are not supplied. I would recommend to anyone looking for security to by pass this unorganized company. What a terrible impression!

Like most security companies it seems they love to sign you up for a three year contract and then sit back and look for the next customer. A contract with 1/8 print on 8 1/2 x 11 paper ! We were forced to use this company by our contractor. The answering service seems to be ok so far but the head office appears to be out to lunch. We had asked for and paid for an extra wire run during the installation last August and are still waiting with no answer to our emails or phone calls. I don't think we will be renewing with this company and recommend checking out the other companies renews first if you have the option to do so.

Henderson Security has provided and maintained our security system for many years. They are pleasant to deal with and offer great service. We recently had new doors installed and then had sensors replaced by Tyler. Excellent service within 2 days by a competent installer. All queries are answered fully and to our satisfaction. Excellent company.

Their monitoring is terrible - I've set off my alarm numerous times to test it - waiting on average, 7 to 12 minutes for a phone call to check if everything is alright. Totally unacceptable. When I tried to cancel, they said I had a 36 month contract, which I did not. They have yet to show me the contract I asked for, and continue to harass me for payment.

I found Henderson Security to be excellent. They salesperson was extremely polite and helpful and the technicians were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I have had one small change I wanted to make to my patio door alarm and they came out the next day and changed the contact point with no hesitation and no extra charge.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
Stay away from Henderson Security. They are absolutely horrible. They have auto-renew contracts (renews for up to 3 years) and they can't read the calendar correctly. We had service installed early May 2012, and somehow they believe the 36 month contract should run through to the end of June 2013 and they can't be convinced that that isn't how it should work. Stay away from them.
