Otto's team was efficient, skilled and courteous. Beautiful work with great clean-up. Replacing and rebuilding an exterior cement stairwell - 6 full steps plus drain adjustment.

I appreciated the level of professionalism displayed by the representatives of Otto's Masonry, from the estimator who quoted the job to the bricklayer who rebuilt the wall. The job was tricky since the work site was on my neighbour's property and I was concerned about maintaining good relations with my neighbour throughout the process, from estimate to clean up.  In the end, everyone was pleased with the results.

We had an empty patch in our interlock driveway (where a shed used to be) that we needed filled and matched to the rest of the driveway. The bricks on the side of the house were disintegrating. Otto's were very prompt, thorough, and competitive with their quote. The team that did the job worked hard and professionally. The outcome was great. My only qualm was that the job was started later than expected, so they had to work twice as hard, given the snow and freezing temperatures. Nonetheless, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbours.

I needed to get the quote to tuckpoint the part of the exterior wall above the garage. Otto's Masonry were very responsive and made an exception for me and were able to come the next day for the estimate. Brian came in time, was very professional and explained everything using simple language that everybody could understand. The quote was reasonable and easy to read as well.

Would definetely recommend this company to my friends and family as well as save the contact for my future needs.

Our front steps were falling apart and their degradation had posed a safety risk. We contacted Otto's and they sent in an estimator within a week or so of our request. The estimator was very knowledgeable and kind. We reached an agreement, made a deposit and had a contractor come in about two weeks later and do a PHENOMENAL job in a day. The steps look phenomenal and we are getting compliments from our neighbors. Most importantly, they are safe. A lovely lady stopped by our place to pick up the cheque, and that was it. Highly recommended!

My only piece of advice to anyone doing renovations such as this, is to make sure that you and the estimator are on the same page. We had a bit of a miscommunication which caused some confusion. But, we sorted things out. Otto's, please do your best to make sure that your clients understand EXACTLY what they are paying for. Providing images in the estimate would have been very helpful.

Damian from ottos did the work for us. The job was started and complete on time. They were great from the estimate until final payment. Damian went beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We would definately use them again

Father and son did the work - very professional - did not damage the trees around the landing - left the front tidy at the end of the day and it looks brilliant. Would definitely recommend Otto's and will use them in the future.
