Renato and his guys are the best. They are fast and efficient. Renato ran a gas line for our gas stove and replaced our ac/heating units. Both jobs were done professionally and with care. They respected my home and went above and beyond with their services. They did such a great job I don’t think I’ll be needing their services again hahaha but if I do I will absolutely be calling them! I STRONGLY recommend these guys!

The AC wasn't blowing and it was getting really hot. I could see that the AC unit outside was running but nothing was coming into my house. Having previously used Renato from Air Heating Plus, I gave him a call and he walked me through some steps to figure out the issue. Turns out the fan blower wasn't working. He arrived at my house within the hour of talking and through the process of elimination, figured out that it was a minor fix and didn't need full replacement which would have cost over 2K. Just charged for minimum service call plus the capacitor.

He's very professional and knowledgeable, and wanted to fix the issue rather than pushing for a new system. Highly recommended company. Difficult to find guys like this who truly want to help and not just line their pockets.

Renato's service is excellent. Every step of the way we felt like he truly cared about our satisfaction with his work. His open and transparent communication style made sure we were always on the same page.

Whenever I called him, he would be at my door within an hour. I didn't think this type of Customer Service still existed.

We now have a fully functioning AC, bbq gas line and gas fireplace, which are all great.

Renoto was fantastic to work with in helping us resolve our central air issues. We had an issue with our previous unit which Renoto was able to quickly get to the root cause. In short the builder installation was done poorly thus causing the unit failure.
Renoto quickly identified the issue, tried to offer short term as well as long term solutions. In the end the damage tthat was significant to the point that the sort term solution was not doable. From this point we decided to go with an entire unit replacement with new lines going into the house. Within a few days Renoto had the entire system replaced.

During this entire process Renoto would check in with us and gave timely updates and even followed up after the installation to ensure everything was fine and if we had any questions.

Our extremely old furnace finally took it’s last breath at the beginning of March. I called Renato to check out the furnace late one morning. When I called him he actually remembered me from the last time he was here three years ago and he arrived within thirty minutes of my call! We couldn’t believe it! He came first thing the next morning and we had a brand new furnace pumping out wonderfully warm air by 11:30am. Renato was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted in a furnace and his recommendations were right on. He was fast and efficient, cleaned up afterward and clearly explained how to work the furnace. The price he quoted was what we paid, no added surprise costs tacked on. But I think the most important thing is that Renato is trustworthy and that rates highly in my books. We've had to purchase 2 furnaces over our homeownership lifetime and both have been through Renato and Air Heating Plus. I don't think anyone enjoys the process of buying a furnace especially when it cuts out during the coldest times of the year... and when large companies like Reliance are out to charge you an arm and a leg for a new system. At our first home about 4-5 years ago, our furnace died in the dead of winter and we felt pressured to sign with Reliance. Luckily Renato (as a reference from our realtor and friend) came into save the day with honest advice, excellent workmanship, quality equipment and affordable (and fair) pricing. We have since moved, but the furnace died at our new place (it was 16 years old). Of course we decided to go back with Renato and Air Heating Plus. He gives support 24/7 and helped us along the way. He cares for your family's well being like you're part of his family. Renato also gives frank and honest advice about what units to purchase and the best place to spend (and not spend) your hard earned dollars when getting an HVAC system. He's doesn't mind walking homeowners through the doubts/questions they might have and to give his expertise and long-time industry experience. Even if its the smallest question, he's willing to take the time to make sure you're comfortable with your choices and happy with your purchase. Just got an Armstrong Air unit to replace our dying Carrier and it's amazing. He even went above and beyond to replace our rusted out floor drain and reposition our humidifier to the optimal location on the furnace. Can't say enough about the him!
