Renaissance Painters

Team Renaissance did a tidy job taking down our cabinetry, refinishing them away from high traffic areas, and put them back looking brand new. I love the look and feel of the wood. No lingering scents, no mess, and finished ahead of schedule.

When I first contacted Jason at Renaissance, I was not 100% convinced that our out-dated and very dark-stained kitchen cabinets could be painted a lighter colour without the dark stain showing through. In fact, we were almost convinced that we had to have the cabinets refaced, instead of painted. However, after a just a few minutes of speaking to Jason, I felt confident that his company had the experience in kitchen cabinet painting that our house needed. Throughout the entire process, Jason was easy to reach, extremely helpful in selecting paint colours, connected us with other trades people and at prices that were extremely competitive. His team of painters were highly professional and worked extremely quickly and efficiently.

Our dark stained cabinets are now a clean, bright white and our entire main floor has benefited from a major face lift, thanks to Renaissance.

Our dining room has a faux finish, while our kitchen has an eat-in area that looks so much brighter than it used to. Price was great, time was not wasted, and the house is chemical-free. Thanks, folks!

Renaissance Painters did a great job taking our dull and dated kitchen cabinets, and making them look almost brand new. I had to convince my kids we did NOT buy brand new cabinets, that's how good they look. Money well spent!

The carpentry work Renaissance Painters is really superb. Our exterior looked the worse for wear, and we were afraid of the cost it would take to restore it. Would it be cheaper to move? That was our last resort...turns out, with the restoration of our surfaces, our home is on par with some of the newer homes on our street, aesthetically. Good work, team.

To be honest, I didn't even know what a "faux finish" was, but the wife sold me on the idea. Our dining room walls went from bland white to our most favourite room in the house. The faux finish Renaissance Painters did really did add some pizzazz to our home!
