We all did absolutely everything we could to ensure that you were happy with our service - we acted quickly and made arrangements as soon as we heard a touch up was required for a time that suited both schedules. Our staff, both in the office and at your home cleaning, made every reasonable effort to provide you with a touch up to your satisfaction. I spoke with the person on the job and I know she had faced some challenges in your home on the day of the touch up. I know she did everything she could to amend the situation on the day of the touch up and spoke with the office to discuss her concerns.
We try our best to make our clients happy. We don't like to have any client disappointed with our work. That's why I say and mean, very sincerely, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the service.
