Toronto Fence responded promptly to my contact, provided good estimates, options and advice, and made me very comfortable about hiring them. We booked a date, but when hey had an earlier opening, they contacted me about whether I wanted to move things up. I did, they were prompt, pleasant to deal with, did a fabulous job and I'm thrilled with my new fence. My property threw them a few loops on the day, but they looked at options, consulted me and were very graceful about adapting.
One thing that made the adaptation possible is that Toronto Fence builds custom, from scratch, rather than using pre-fab panels from a home center. They precisely matched my neighbor's pre-fab panel fence, leaving me with a gorgeous fence.

We needed a small fence and gate replaced and contacted Toronto Fence for a quote. Alex came by and we discussed different options for the project. We had a few concerns, that he reassured would not be a problem to accommodate. The project started sooner than the original estimated dates. Alex and his father, Mario had the old fence removed, and new posts put in on the first day and the job was completed in a few hours the following day. The area was completely cleaned and all remaining debris was taken away. We were extremely pleased with the end result! They were both pleasant and easy to talk to. Alex and crew did a great job of building a 6' high 46' long fence along the back of my property. He offered suggestions that made the finished product look better, still come in on budget and meet my tight timeline. Will definitely have them back to do future projects.
