Five Star service - Andre fixed the leak and replaced the necessary parts- I would recommend Aviv -this was the second time we have used Aviv. While here he also replaced two more problem pipes -Andre was excellent and well versed in the different plumbing problems. It took only 2 hours between the time we called - hard to beat that for service -Thankyou R&D

Excellent and fast service on Saturday morning. My call was answered promptly and a service person showed up within an hour. It took an hour to fix a leak, replace old parts and clean the space properly. Excellent communication and smooth service. Highly recommended!

Aviv Plumbing was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry to replace a lever ball valve in the basement. During discussions Michael was very detailed and he immediately sent us a quotation which was reasonable and, knowing it was urgent, he was able to accommodate our job at the earliest. He guided us about coordinating an appointment with Markham water department etc.
Anthony, the plumbing associate, arrived this morning on time. Anthony swiftly replaced the
valve, all the time keeping us informed about what he was doing. He made sure to check once the city turned on the water. He was such a friendly person and knew his job very well. Before he left he made sure that everything we wanted was taken care of.
At the end we also requested for Michael/Anthony's recommendation about replacing all the toilets in our house.
Aviv Plumbing number is now saved on my phone

I had an issue with my outdoor hose so I contacted Michael at Aviv Plumbing as I have been a customer for many years. This request was however very different. I asked that we try and change my outside hose tap without cutting a hole in my drywall or doing damage to my finished basement, so therefore the only way to access it was through a small hole that was used for a potlight. All other plumbers that I contacted told me it wasn't possible to do the job without cutting a hole in the drywall and either getting a carpenter in to fix it, or putting an access panel where the pot light is. I really didn't want to do that and I knew that Michael would give it his best shot and try working around the conditions I had without having to cut a hole. Michael ended up exceeding my expectations and getting the job done. He ended up putting in a new pipe and making the valve serviceable outside should we have any issues in the future that we need to access it. Thank you Michael for being so creative and being the only plumber around willing to think outside the box and go above and beyond for his customers. A True master of the craft. I highly recommend Aviv plumbing.

I dealt with Mike initially and found him professional and courteous. Very good quality American Standard products at a fair and competitive price.
Anthony came on time and did a great job. He checked the toilets and cleaned up after the work was completed.
I will use Aviv Pluming in the future whenever I will need a plumber.

Yesterday, New Year's Eve, at 3:45pm I called Mike with a badly leaking toilet. Despite the fact that he was going out with his wife that evening he arrived at 4:15 to do the job. His work was great and he also repaired 2 leaking taps. His service at this most inconvenient time was most appreciated.

Needed to repair valve for the basement of my commercial building and submit papers to the city. Called Aviv Plumbing and the owner (Michael) and one of his plumber Anthony came and got the job done very quickly and efficently with the price being extremly fair for the work done. They will be my go to plumbers for now on.

Quick service, friendly plumber, arrived on time, sent a prealert text when on route. Very happy with the quick service, especially during the Christmas holidays. Easy to arrange a visit with a text or phone call.

Excellent job! My non-standard (Chinese-made) bathroom undermount sink was cracked and the faucet was not properly working. Michael took time to visit my apartment three times: to give his advice on proper replacement sink (the one that I had bought did not fit) and faucet, to make preparations (after I've bought the proper sink) and finally to install the sink and the faucet. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend everybody to use his services.

Aviv plumbing was prompt to provide an accurate and competitive quote to repair my damaged shower faucets. They provided me with wise decisions on the hardware i needed to purchase. Once the parts came in they were here the next day to install it. Andrig (the plumber) was highly professional and skilled. Not one spec of dust was left and my shower head and rain shower are working like new.
