Very happy with the service and quality of work. Had 2 rugs cleaned and they look fantastic! They picked up and delivered - ON TIME! Very important for us busy people who don't have hours to wait around.

Yorkville Carpet Care staff came in to clean all the blinds in our house. They were courteous, polite and professional. They were able to remove the water marks that I was told were permanent. All of my blinds look brand new again, and my house feels clean and bright. I will highly recommend Yorkville Carpet Care to all my friends!

Yorkville Carpet Care has been cleaning our upholstery (up until our renovation a year ago), and has been cleaning our carpets with their dry system for the last 12 years. At all times, they have provided us with knowledgeable, professional services without any of the downtime associated with alternative carpet and upholstery cleaning methods.

This is the second time I've had Yorkville come to my house. Last time they did an amazing job with my blinds and chairs. The chairs are white ultra suede and get dirty easily. The team cleaned them beautifully and took out all the food and dirt spots. They even helped out with a few other cleaning jobs. Great work guys! Thanks.

Had the carpet on our 2 sets of stairs cleaned last week. Once they dried, I thought the stairs were not as clean as I had hoped and when I called to discuss, Avery offered to come out himself and re clean them at no extra charge. What a refreshing attitude and focus on customer satisfaction! We also had our leather sofa cleaned - it had (unfortunately) had a cat 'accident' on it. They did an outstanding job of cleaning and deodorizing the leather and the fabric upholstery, and explaining the issues with a stain of this sort. If I could, I'd give them 15 stars out of 10!

The team always shows up on time. They are fast, friendly and meticulous. My house is spotless when they leave. They are careful when moving furniture around. They always double check their work and make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. Extra care and time is never an issue, they will re-do whatever is necessary to ensure your satisfaction. I feel they are very honest when dealing with tough stains. If they can not be removed, they will warn you before hand. The prices are more than fair!You will never feel as if you were taken. They are good friendly hard workers!

Avery and his men were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on my carpets. They moved my 3 boys' many 'items' off the floor without complaint and made the rooms look great. My 13 y.o. boy came home and said ' it smells really good in here, just like when we moved in.' ( 5 years ago.)I have used them for 3 times over the years and each time I have been very satisfied with the results. I love the fact that I can walk on my carpets one hour after the cleaning and no tin foil required on base of my furniture legs!

not so much the results we did not double check on. They did get out all the stains that we pointed out to them in the upstairs bedroom and the stairs never looked better. The basement bedroom is a different story as we trusted it was cleaned to the level we saw upstairs so we did not go down to check before they left. Unfortuantely it was not. There was still surface dirt in several areas of the bedroom (that should have been vacuumed up) there was some sawdust still left in the carpet from the window replacement, and several dark stains which we of course did not point out to the staff, did not get cleaned either.

Also, when speaking on the phone the estimate was $100 for the stairs and 1 room but when it came time to pay it became $120 without an explanation. I was too tired to even argue with it and just figured well I know it will end up in the review.... So the price in my opinion a bit on the high side considering this extra $20 that showed up and not enough detail paid to the dark spots in the basement carpet (not the light ones which we already knew were discoulourations that could not be solved).

so be sure to mark all the spots you know of that need cleaning and they will do a good job.

Yorkville Carpet Care provided me and my home with exceptional service. I hadn't cleaned my Hunter Douglas Blinds in longer than I would like to admit, and when they were done, they looked brand new. I was so happy with the job they did on my silhouettes and duettes that I hired them to clean all the carpets and area rugs in my home. The staff were extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job and I wasn't inconvenienced by wet carpets for hours the way other companies leave them. When the technicians were finished, my carpets were beautifully clean and dry, and I was pleasantly surprised.
