Could you imagine an HVAC company that answered the phone right away, had someone on the end of the line who was knowledgeable, promised a serviceperson would call back within a few minutes (and they did!), delivered on their promises and actually fixed the problem right the first time without charging exorbinately? Neither could I until I used Homestars to find World of Comfort Ltd.
I had grown accustomed to using the Yellow Pages only to have difficulty finding someone to answer the telephone (assuming they were still in business from the last time of their last Yellow Page ad) let alone show any knowledgeable intelligence on how to fix a furnace problem. I was sure it had to be a relatively easy fix as the furnace was less than 3 years old but the rare previous HVAC companies that would come to service my furnace had done everything from clean the furnace to replace my expensive programmable thermostat because “it had to be the problem.” However, I still had to use a fireplace to keep the house from freezing while my natural gas furnace was on the fritz.

Now that the winter is almost over, I can say with confidence we finally have found an HVAC company that can keep our house in warm comfort for an entire cold season.
