I had my driveway paved by Tony (at this Company) at end of May 2014 and it has been a nightmare ever since. Cracks and little bit of sinkage. I also think that the quality of materials used is sub par. Tony says he will come to fix it, and the first time was responsive. But lately over the last 3 months he has been very unresponsive and never shows up on time and it takes multiple follow up actions on my part to get a response. My driveway does not look like a new driveway at all and Tony belittles the problems and denies that problems exist. Although in the end he admits that there is a problem. I have had 4 driveways done in the past and this one is by far the worst experience and job. I would not recommend this company.

Working with Tony from Wilson Paving has been a frustrating experience. The work was incomplete and sub par. Tony first denied there was a problem, then admitted that it needed repair and promised to fix it.
Tony was always late or didn't show at all when he said he would. It took multiple calls to him before someone finally came to fix it. I've wasted hours of time including time off work waiting for him.
I would recommend that if you are having your driveway paved, call someone else.
I wish I had.

Company was repaving other house on our street and we had asked for a quote.
Price was less then we had been quoted in the past year from another company.
When repaving was being done they said our driveway was longer than other house on the street and would normally want more, but they stayed within the quote

Second time using Wilson Paving (previously at my old home). Tony did what they said they would do and at a competitive price. They also paved my neighbour's driveway at the same time, and they were satisfied as well.

Met the workers and they were careful and did a good job with my tricky driveway (they had to spread it by hand as I had a design that wouldn't allow them to use the automatic spreader).

I would use them again!

We had Wilson Paving do our driveway from scratch back in October 2012. I would not recommend this company from Oshawa to anyone. We have weeds growing through the driveway all over the place (didn't have that with our other driveway) and my husband's motorcycle stand sunk through and still does if you put it in another spot on the driveway (almost 2 years later). Stones are coming through all over the place so now we have little holes all over the driveway!! We called them and one man came out once with a blow torch and did something that just looked awful. Then he left because he said I needed to move the bike to do the weeds around it and my husband wasn't home and I can't move that thing. My husband has called numerous times and talked to Guy who said he would come out....never did. We have called and now they don't return our calls. Sure I'm sure some people had great work done by them, but do you want to take that chance with the not so good reviews you read on here about them. I wish I did before calling them up. Our driveway needs to be all dug up again and repaved...new asphalt put down...that's the only way of fixing this problem.

I recently had my driveway paved by Wilson Paving, in August 2014. In approximately June, they tore up my old driveway which they did a good job with. Approx 8 weeks later, they came back to pave (which I wasn't home when they paved it). Not so much of a great job paving it. I have humps in spots and roller lines all over my driveway. When the gentleman came by the next day for me to pay him, I paid him in full and also pointed out the humps and roller marks left. He assured me at that time, they would come by the next week, and bring a torch, heat the areas and fix the problems. Well, it's been 3 weeks now, haven't heard from Wilsons Paving nor have they been back to fix the shoddy work. Guess the 2 year warranty which comes with their work doesn't mean a whole lot either, if they will not even come back, when they say they will, to repair work day after being paved. Would not recommend them based on the way my "new" paved drive looks!!!

If you want to keep fixing your driveway call Wilson Paving and keep waiting forever till it starts snowing to get it fixed and if it was fixed . I had it fixed twice and was never done , they damaged my hedges, my door steps, my deck steps, they never fixed the drainage, and if you call them good luck getting a reply, be ware of their false promises.

I had my driveway torn up close to 3 months ago and Wilson finally came back to pave it recently. I liked that they didn't have to meet in person to do a quote, they left it in my mailbox and the price was good. I'd seen their signs all over the area so I figured they were a fairly reputable company, despite their lack of reviews here on Homestars.

The driveway itself seems like it was done well, I suppose time will tell how it holds up. What really bothered me was the terrible clean up job they did. I had new interlock put in about a month ago and Wilson left chunks of asphalt all over the stones. I had to ask twice for them to scoop up the asphalt that had gone under my fence and landed on the patio in my backyard. They left the water hose laying on the ground (it was neatly wound on its reel when they arrived), they had to step over it to get not the backyard but still didn't bother to return it back to the reel. After they left I had to spend an hour picking up and scraping off my interlock so the asphalt didn't stain it or harden onto it. They also got asphalt all over my grass, sidewalk, neighbours lawn and street and didn't bother cleaning it up.

I don't know if it's because it was the last job of the day and everyone was in a hurry to leave but I was unimpressed.

I have had nothing but problems since I have had it paved two years ago. I have grass growing along the edges of my driveway in over 50 spots. The worst part is that WILSON paving will not call me back or fix the problem. I have called over 15 times

We contracted to completely redo our driveway with paving and re-do our front yard. It didn't take us long to be impressed with the expertise and experience. Very upfront and honest - defintly qualities we appreciated. Zero surprises. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism, expedience and reliability. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are thrilled with the dramatically improved curb appeal of our house - we have had several neighbors take notice of how good the paving looks.
