I like the company and they seem to have done a decent job, but I take great issue with the following: they only give you a range of dates that they are coming (apparently only certain times of year) and will in fact REFUSE to call you the day of or give you any further notice of their arrival to do the job.
This is really annoying if you for example have a dog that barks like crazy and/or napping children (and therefore need to be prepared, in advance, for people to come service the house), or are a night shift worker... among other scenarios. I had to deal with a completely exhausted child due to this ridiculous rule.
I can't fathom why the workers or SOMEONE can't take the literally 45 seconds to call beforehand for the customers who do request it (as I'm sure not all of them do).
Seems really unreasonable to me, and shows that they don't value their customer's needs - particularly those with young children and/or other unique needs. I'll be looking for a company that will provide me notice of their arrival in the future.
