White Shark Window Cleaning

I have always had White Shark wash windows and when I saw their flyer advertising repair and painting, I decided to get a quote for repairs and painting that we needed Their people are friendly, courteous and efficient; I believe they are fair and honest with their pricing.

They were early, efficient and made the windows shine! Would definitely hire White Shark to clean my windows again. The booking process was also easy. Thank you White Shark for a great job!

Amazing staff! I have done several jobs with this company. From the office to the production crew, they were great. I thought they missed one of my windows, so I got a chance to meet the production manager who came back and explained it was condensation in between the glass. Made sense, as I knew that window had a broken seal. I found Derek well knowledgable, clear and friendly. I would definitely
recommend this company as they back up their service with a great support system and quality of work.

I highly recommend White Shark painting. The work was exceptional. The crew was hard-working, a pleasure to have in the house, always willing to work through details with me. I have done some large renovations and I have never had such a talented team. The quote for the work and the time it would take was exact. They arrived on time and were exceptional in tidiness and communication. Highly highly recommend.

Will never use them again. For the amount paid I expected a much better cleaning job. I provided feedback to the manager about the poor job and he was rude, defensive, and unwilling to admit to take any accountability for the poor job. Stay away!

Work was done well and efficiently, with good clean up by the 2-person crew. They took the time to discuss my particular concerns before they began. I have used this company several times (for eavestroughs only) and have been satisfied each time.

When I booked the job the office person was resistant to my trying to make it a time when I could be home, as this is not their practice. I felt there were some specifics that needed to be communicated to the crew directly, plus downspout access required unlocking and entering a storage shed for our bicycles, so someone had to provide the access. But the crew themselves were fine.

WS did my window washing and eaves cleaning and I am very pleased with both services. In all instances the crew were very professional, polite and tidy. They also endlessly returned waves to my delighted little girls. Previously I used a different company which was not nearly as good. I decided to give WS a call when I noticed that they did all of my neighbours. Very pleased and I will continue to use them.

Following a very positive recommendation of a good friend, I chose to obtain a quote from Roger, owner of White Shark Window Cleaning and Extra Mile Painting. I was very impressed at our initial meeting. He explained very clearly exactly what his painters could do. We agreed upon colours and type of paint to be used. I received via email a detailed outline of the job and the cost.
Before the painting could begin, I needed to have considerable repairs done to one of my porches. Roger sent a very skilled carpenter who spent two days replacing and repairing damage to the porch. It was a great relief to me to have someone do this work at short notice.
The three painters who came to do the work arrived on time, They were always very courteous and anxious to please. I was impressed by their professionalism and obvious pride in what they were doing. They covered the bushes with plastic and did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day. On the third and final day of painting, they stayed until seven o'clock to complete the work.
More recently, a window cleaning crew did a very nice job of cleaning the windows.
I was most impressed with both the painting and the window cleaning branches of the company. I recommended White Shark to four friends who have now experienced the same satisfaction as I.
I endorse the company without hesitation.

White Shark/Extra Mile Painting did a great job on the painting and staining of the exterior of our home. They provided a quote quickly, kept us informed of the schedule due to weather, and followed the specs for paint and stain colors precisely.
The staff were friendly and professional, always available by phone, and were careful to protect everything with drop cloths. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day.
The job was completed in 3 days. We're very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company for their quality services.
