Vintage Hardwood Flooring

Bought Vintage Cabreuva Hardwood in two lots, one about 5 years ago, the second 2 years ago. They matched perfectly. My biggest concern was that my aggressive Beagle would destroy my floor,and my lack of a humidifier would cause problems. Well, the floor has easily survived both the dog and my lack of proper maintenance. Soon I'll be getting more to finish the entire main floor, and in case Vintage is reading..I now have a humidifier. The only problem I have now is my neighbors love the floor so much, they want the same wood and that is really upsetting my wife!

had this floor installed just over 1000sq. ft. jatoba dark flooring very rich looking. This was in a new house and after a month some board started splitting on the ends. The floor smudges and scrathes easily. The rep from Vintage flooring came and said that it was nothing to replace 15-20 boards. One insaller came a couldn't get it done properly. If we knew the floor would be this bad we would have never put it in. We have asked for the rep to return but haven't heard anything after two weeks.

We renovated our family room and office and installed Vintage Pioneered American Cherry Natural in a 4" wide plank.
The natural beauty of American Cherry and the richness of it's colour has made the renovation look incredible. Although the floor has been done for many years now, it still looks perfect and keeps getting compliments from our guests. The cut and fit was so precise and the joints are still as tight as when it was first installed. Extremely pleased with this decision.

We purchased Vintage Jatoba Brazilian Cherry because our contractor recommendation as to how good their product is . We wanted high quality and that is exactly what we got . The flooring fit together very nicely and evenly. We find the finish is rich looking, very durable and easy to maintain . The floors looks great ! Well done Vintage Hardwood Flooring !

I purchased vintage flooring, maple 3/4" x 3", when I had the installers install the floor they refused to install it because of the poor milling of the wood. Issues included: thickness of wood varied, panel would be wider on one end and thinner on the other, and drastic colour variances. See photos. When I contact Vintage floor they used the excuse of where the floor was stored, which was in a new home fully insullated and air controlled. They refused to acknowledge the defect and I ended up putting the floor in as best as possible. The Installers had to filter through the better pieces but there are still many areas that look awful. For the price I paid the quality certainly was not what they claim. Vintage offered to provide me with up to 5 boxes (100 sq ft). I have yet to receive them (waiting approx 5 months to date). By the way I purchased 1100 sq ft. I wouldn't recommend Vintage Flooring.
