Kitchen, Bathroom and Main Floor Renovation

We had been thinking of renovating/upgrading for the last four years. However, every time a contractor came in for design plans/estimate, we were discouraged at the size of the task. Valentini Kitchens/Home Design were highly recommended by a couple of our friends. From start to finish, we have been very impressed by their professional approach, QUALITY workmanship and positive attitude.
Starting from Piero's initial comprehensive visits, detailed drawings, regular communication, triple-checked paperwork, well-planned kitchen/bathroom designs (which involved taking down a supporting wall) and excellent recommendations for flooring/fixtures/counter tops, the whole process was much easier for us. A couple of visits to the Valentini office/workshop gave us the comfort of a well-organized and established family-operated business. All of our special requests were accommodated and our difficult work/time schedules were incorporated.
It was a great pleasure to observe Tony at work-his rare craftsmanship is hard to find these days and his meticulous attention to detail was exceptional. Tony's knowledge base and work ethic was incredible and his care and concern for our satisfaction was very touching. Tony's helpers, Paul and Luis, followed his high standards as well.
All the professionals who worked with Valentini Kitchens were wonderful. We were always given notice as to when they were coming and the work that would be performed. They were very respectful of our home and clean-up was always neat. Marty and Frank's supervision was excellent with several visits and updates on daily progress. Gene and Dave were great co-workers, always very helpful. Frank, the electrician, performed a massive re-wiring job with the main floor/bathrooms and panel replacement. Besides high quality of work, he always double-checked everything with us. John (plumbing and gas) did excellent work and was very thorough. Tony and Mikhail did a flawless job of plastering and taping. Chris finished floors and staircase nicely. Raony did great with tiling-first thing everyone comments on when they enter our home. Andrew was great with tiling in the bathrooms. Joao was very diligent with painting the whole house.
The end result has been a home that is so much more functional and looks fabulous. We had our extended family for our son's wedding recently and together everyone loved and enjoyed the house.
Our most sincere appreciation to Piero, Tony and your fantastic team! We are 100% satisfied and happy and will think of you for many years to come.

Thank you so much Bina & Dilip for the kind words to myself, my brother Tony (Anthony) and our entire staff... Words express so much and reading your review makes me love my job more day in and day out!! I am proud to say that we are continuing as a family business to continue the quality workmanship, attention to detail & service that has kept us going in our family business for over 40 years now and I know that our late dad " Mike " would be so proud to have read this review. When I sat down with the both of you that night & we went through the preliminary in home consultation, I knew that you had entrusted me from the minute we first spoke and I knew that I had a large task at hand to complete pretty much your entire home excluding your basement. I love the way everything turned out and I can't wait to bring in the photographers soon to show everyone how we transformed your 1980's built home that wasn't renovated ever into an updated show model home that you can enjoy for many years to come. Thank you Bina, Dilip and the boys (especially " Rishi " ) he was home everyday throughout the home Renovation process and was so kind to all our team. I look forward to coming over for a nice coffee and chat soon, Take Care, Piero and the entire Valentini Team!!

New Hardwood Floors and Kitchen Island

Piero and Tony did an excellent job for us taking up laminate and replacing with engineered hardwood floors. Every detail to exacting standards and fit was perfect. Tony created and installed a new island and quartz top which matched the existing cupboards and new floor perfectly. Working in downtown Toronto condo never easy - they were very professional; not a single complaint from neighbours or management company. Highly, highly recommend.

Thank you very much!! Mark & Lori for the kind words. Your boys condo in Downtown Toronto came out amazing! It's amazing how new Hardwood Flooring & a new nice big Kitchen Island transformed the space so much. Working in your Condo was a pleasure as the entire staff was very accommodating, we worked within the condo hours & always cleaned up after ourselves. I am glad you were able to find us on Homestars & that everything worked out exactly as you planned it to. The fact that you both live outside of Ontario & work overseas made it a bit of a challenge, but thanks to the Internet I did my best to send you sample colour choices, progress photos, & answering to all your emails as prompt as possible to give you a vision of how the Renovation was coming along. We are always happy to hear when our clients are 100% satisfied & take the time to write us a review on our work done. P.S. Now your boys have their lovely finished Condo that they can call home during their University days living in Downtown Toronto. Our pleasure, Piero & Anthony & the entire Valentini Kitchens Crew!

Valentini Kitchens told me what a good contractor is

I had tried to hire Valentini Kitchens for twice. When I first called Piero, he was busy for some ongoing projects. I had to take the second choice and hire the Filipino contractor suggested by my agent. That was totally a bad decision and it turned out that I had to go back to Valentini Kitchens to finish the renovation job before it was too late.

My condo was small, about 800 ft^2. Contractor Elmer started to work in late March. The contract was signed until April 30th. It looked like a good plan, but once he started to work, I found it was nothing but bad. HIs work can be only be said unprofessional. He didn't work every day, because he was working for other people at the same time. Sometimes he didn't show up for several days, even a week. When I called him, he answered positively and promised the next day he would come, but he was still absent more that he worked. He worked in this way until June and totally disappeared. I thought he died from accident or something. Of course he didn't die. He just deserted his job. I had to call my agent to reconnect with him.

The next is the good part. Fortunately I still kept Piero's number. I called him immediately after Elmer took away his stuff from my home. Piero was still positive, although he was the backup. I was lucky that he happened to be available then. Piero was very serious to my request. He and his partner, Marty showed up at my home the next day. They did the inspection, made a plan and estimated price in just two days. They sent the painters, Hugo and Jesus right on time as they promised. The painters worked meticulously. They kept my home clean all the time. The Joe the handyman came to work on electronics and flooring after the painting work was done. Joe is a talented in so many areas that he did the all the different jobs perfectly. By the way, he is a funny man too. Every time when a job was done, Marty came inspect and asked me what else they needed to do to make me 100% satisfied. The painters did come the second time to improve what they had done. Piero didn't come so much as Marty did. But he answered my call every time I needed and my requests were sent to Marty on time. The quality of the former contractor's work was much lower, they tried to make it up whenever it was possible. It was actually much more difficult than it sounds to be.

Valentini Kitchens worked in a week more than the Elmer in a month, and the quality is better. I learned a lot from both contractors. Wang's made me know what bad jobs a contractor could do. Valentini Kitchens is exactly the opposite, they let me know what good jobs a contractor could do.

Thank you very much much!! Leo for the kind words, it was a pleasure to work for you in the tough circumstances that you were in. When we had first spoken earlier this year, We were fully booked & we were honest to tell you that we were not able to start your Condo Renovations in the time frame that you needed us to. We always try our best to meet clients timing but because we are a small family business and we do get a lot of calls for work, we sometimes are not able to start projects right away when a future client first calls us.

After meeting with you the 2nd time, we wish we could have done it for you the 1st time after seeing what the other contractor's work was like. We try our best not to bad mouth others in the contractor community but when you see a homeowner that is left unhappy and you see the poor work done, you have to say something about it and we did!! We came in and also knowing we had a tight deadline because you had visitors coming from China that we were going to make you very happy and finish everything to the best of our ability. With the help of Marty & one of our on site crews, everything was done to our high expectations. We were able to make up for your bad past contractor experience & make you feel like there still is companies out there that take pride in their work.

We always strive to make our clients 100% satisfied to the best of our long reputation. I am so pleased that you were able to take the time to write out a review for us here on Homestars, it's much appreciated. The reviews here are a great way for homeowners to feel comfortable when looking for contractors to do work for them. Positive Customer Reviews show that there still are Honest & Trustworthy Contractors out there. Leo, your insight through both of your contractor experiences will definitely open a homeowners eyes when choosing the right contractor for their future Reno.

P.S. We hope you were able to communicate with the staff at Homestars with regards to posting the negative review for your 1st poor contractor that way it will keep any others from possibly calling him for work to be done, if not, please call me early this week as I will be meeting with the Homestars staff this mid week.

We thank you & hope you are enjoying your beautiful finished Condo!! With pleasure, Piero & the entire Valentini Crew...

kitchen (s)

Our story with Valentini Kitchens goes WAY WAY back. My parents worked with the late owner Mike in 1972 to put in our household kitchen. My family enjoyed that kitchen for years. As a matter of fact my parents sold their home to my sister when she got married in 1996 and instead of replacing the kitchen (because it was in such great shape) she refinished the cabinet doors and changed the hardware to update it and is still enjoying that kitchen today!! Now that's quality - when you can say you used a kitchen more than 40 years and it still looks awesome! They changed the countertops twice - also just to update the look and because they get worn, but the cabinets themselves are still in beautiful working order. Now I can't remember how much they paid for that original kitchen but whatever it was, it was worth every penny. Fast forward about 30 years and there I am putting in a new kitchen of my own. I did some research, but it was soon clear the best choice for me would be the same as my parents had done. We went to Valentini kitchens in 2003 and Mike began helping us with ideas. Piero came on site and brought us some great ideas and styles. Being a designer myself I didn't think I would need much help, but to be completely honest I ended up scrapping my floor plan the minute I saw Piero's. After all they are the "experts" and are doing kitchens day in and out. I've never regretted it. As a matter of fact the only thing I have ever regretted was not going with another suggestion of Piero's which involved removing a wall. At the time it just seemed too daunting, but in hindsight Piero was absolutely right and we should have removed it as per his recommendation. Installation was done by Tony and "perfection" is an understatement! They installed the complete kitchen in about 3 days and the work was meticulous. Simple things like all door hardware being at the exact level, and caulking beads that are neat and tidy (things that not all companies pride themselves on and then you have to live with the outcome). They were at my house when they said they would be every time and the work was carried out extremely neatly with no mess left behind. I could reach them anytime I needed them and no question or detail was overlooked. I would very gladly recommend Valentini kitchens to anyone looking for expert advice, quality workmanship and professional service. Without a doubt "two thumbs up"!!!

WOW!! Susan, I am left " SPEECHLESS " reading your absolutely wonderful Review. Your words are so kind & so much appreciated, Our late dad Mike, who you & your family put so much trust in over many years, would have been " SO PROUD " to read this. How do we respond to all these wonderful comments, I feel so happy to know that you took the time out the blue to sit down & write this review for our family business without us knowing you would. They say the Web is so powerful & you just proved this by leaving us so surprised! It has to be over 10 years that we haven't spoken to you & then we see this review about us. I hope your family is well, you have always stuck by our family business throughout the years & have sent so many customers with your referral over the years and we thank you for that. As you know, when we first met you with our dad on your personal kitchen & you told me that you had come with your dad as a child to our showroom & then coming back as an adult that this was the reason we do what we do to continue our father's reputation over so many years. We are now into our 41st year, we still love it, day in & day out because there is customers like you that appreciate good quality workmanship & small time family service. We always stand by our dad's words, there are many great Kitchen Manufacturers in Toronto that produce a great quality kitchen but the most important thing is how it's installed & how long it lasts & you are proof that even Kitchens we have made over 25 years ago that may be dated but are still in great shape. In these tough times as a small local manufacturer, I see what is being produced from overseas companies, big box stores, etc & I also had the chance to see the quality after a couple of years in a customers house, to see that they are not what you pay for. Thanks Susan for keeping us positive with your review, we strive everyday to keep our family business different from the big box stores & always give 100% of satisfaction to our clients. Much appreciation Piero & Anthony!!

P.S. We look forward to seeing you sometime soon & thanks for this wonderful surprise review, it truly caught us off guard, I think everyone knows about " Homestars " which is amazing!!

Kitchen Renovation

There are so many excellent reviews for Valentini's outstanding work, and we certainly agree with all the praise. Everyone on the team does a meticulous job, and after living with our new kitchen for half a year, we have yet to find a flaw. We have often been very disappointed with contractors in the past, so it was a real joy to finally experience a job done right. This was a complete rebuild, including the floor and a wall in our 90 year old house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much Ed & Claire for the beautiful review & very kind words. We love a challenge and knowing that your home is over 90 years, that we definitely had a challenge on our hands. Our challenge started from the very off level floors to the poor plaster outside walls but that was nothing we weren't used to. I am so pleased how we were able to transform your old dated Kitchen into a current Timeless White " Transitional " Kitchen with Quartz Countertops. We are so pleased to hear that you made the right choice as we always put our heart into everything we do & your " AFTER " photos that you were kind enough to post for others to see show that we were able to create your " DREAM " Kitchen in the small space that we had to work with. I hope that you are both well & enjoying your beautiful Kitchen as it was a pleasure to work for you both!! Sincerely Piero & Anthony...

Recreation Room Renovation

Thank you so much Piero, Tony, Olivia, Danny, Gene, Frank, Anthony, and the rest of the team for transforming our basement to a modern living space. The great attention to detail and the care put forward along every stage of the project was evident starting off with Piero's fantastic designs of the project so meticulously drawn to ensure that we all understood the job and end result was captured right up front. The job site was kept clean every day and we were never concerned with the mess and dust of construction as the team took the effort to seal off the area from the rest of the house. The team was very friendly and supportive of any questions we had and you could see by the camaraderie as the team has worked together many times before. They were a high performing team right from the get go. We are very pleased with the the quality of the materials -- the hardwood flooring, cabinetry, countertops, doors, etc. and all was installed with expertise and again, care. The team's commitment to completing the job with excellence was reinforced at the end with a big clean-up that was performed by Piero, Olivia and Mickey ensuring the new living space was literally read to move in, with fresh new painted walls! We are truly very appreciative for the wonderful transformation and absolutely love our new rooms -- bathroom, cantina, exercise area, bar and the high tech media room. We will be enjoying this space comfortably for many years to come!!

Thank you very much for the wonderful review & the very kind words Susan & Mike!! It was a pleasure working with you both & the transformation of your basement is truly amazing! We can't really call what we did a Basement Renovation, it's more like an entire new floor space to your home from the beautiful custom Kitchenette to the custom Entertainment / Wall Unit with built in TV & Gas Fireplace to the home Gym space to the exotic engineered Hickory Hardwood Flooring, it's truly an elegant and classy space. When I first came over to give you the estimate, It took me several hours to do the top view hand drawings, take all my measurements & discuss with you about your ideas & intentions, I knew that this was going to be a major transformation. With lots of planning, the design came to me & I knew I didn't want this to be just your normal Basement Renovation. You had told me that you both made the final choice to go ahead with our company over the many Basement Renovators on Homestars because you knew we were unique and not just a Kitchen company and more than just your regular contractor. Design and having the eye for different ideas is what I strive for and knowing that we build all our custom Cabinetry in our factory meant everything would be in our total control with 100% quality and timing. With my brother Anthony's perfection with all the Custom Cabinetry and the expertise of one of our larger Reno Crews, we were able to create an extraordinary floor space that is meant for a magazine cover. Thank you both for giving us the opportunity to take your ideas and my vision and planning and allowing us to create a masterpiece that both yourselves and your teenagers can enjoy with family and friends for years to come. Thank you again Piero, Anthony & the entire Valentini Crew.

P.S. I hope to soon organize a photographer with Olivia to come over and take photos of the entire space so that we can show everyone how beautiful everything came out and maybe one day it will be in a magazine.

Kitchen & Main Floor Renovation

We purchased our current home 5 years ago with intentions to one day renovate the full main floor. In early 2015, we decided it was time to take the plunge and start doing our homework and plan for a renovation. For sure, we were excited but a little uneasy as well, as we knew this was a significant renovation, at least from our perspective. Speaking to most people, going through a major home renovation can be a very stressful event and this wasn't just a kitchen reno, it was a full main floor renovation, opening up walls and reconfiguring the kitchen and family room layouts.

After meeting with a number of kitchen designers, contractors and cabinetry builders, without a doubt, we knew that after our first consultation with Piero, he was our guy. On Piero's initial visit, which was to provide a rough estimate, he spent about 5 hours going through meticulous measurements and calculations, as well as, provided a draft sketch of what the kitchen and family rooms would look like, while considering of our limited design input and his expertise. While things did change a little from those initial penciled drawings, it was close!

In follow up meetings with Piero to finalize the renovation requirements, what I greatly appreciated was his willingness to try and work with us to bring the cost a little closer to our budgeted figure. We looked at every line item and Piero would bring other great options to the table.

To provide some sense of the scope of work involved, the main floor is approximately 1,900 - 2,000 square feet. Kitchen, family room and powder room were fully gutted. Walls between kitchen and family room were opened up to provide a more open concept environment. All flooring throughout the main floor was replaced, along with trim, baseboards, doors, etc., and painting was completed throughout the house.

The renovation started September 1st and was completed by mid-November. I'm not sure how many people can say this, but our reno was completed exactly as promised, on time and on budget. Our family hosts Christmas Eve, and it was incredibly exciting to share (and show off a little) our new kitchen with everyone!! I've described our kitchen to a number of people in this way, it truly is beautiful and a very functional piece of art!!

Throughout the project, every couple days, we would get a schedule (status) update from Piero as to what would be happening over the next few days, so we always felt we knew exactly what was going on. We were in constant communication throughout the renovation. The people Piero had involved in this project were just incredible, starting with his brother Tony (master kitchen builder and installer) and Danny (and son Anthony), who was the on-site project manager looking after many aspects of the renovation, including the initial demolition to completing the trim work. Tony (Piero's brother) is extremely detailed and precise and notices everything. Tony made the artwork of the kitchen come to life!! Tony is exactly the kind of person you want working in arguably, the most important room in your home. If Tony was the kind of guy you want working in your kitchen, then Danny and his son Anthony are the guys you want managing the work on the rest of your house to ensure it's done correctly!! I can't tell you how many tasks Danny also took on himself, sometimes, I would come home for lunch and in just a few hours, there was a huge transformation to the house, whether it was the walls being opened, or new light fixtures installed, it was done!

Even while living through the renovation in our basement (although, still sleeping on second floor), we can honestly say, throughout the whole process, we had so little (if anything) to complain about. Every person who stepped foot into our home was a true professional through and through, and they treated our house with great respect. They were tremendous to work with, even very considerate to take on some small items that could easily have been considered extras, but did it because it was the right thing to do. We would like to thank all the trades that stepped into our home: Gene (demo and wall removal); Joao (painting/plastering); Chris (hardwood); Andrew and Lawrence (tiling floors/backsplash); Gus (plumbing); Enio (electrical); Olivia (design and final cleanup); and to all the others who worked for/with these great people.

The biggest complement to any designer and/or contractor is how others feel about their work. We've had coworkers to the house and family members and many have asked for Piero's contact information. Ultimately, people want to work with good genuine people and that's exactly what Piero and everyone at Valentini kitchens are. We have a bathroom renovation coming in the near future, and we look forward to the day that we can reach out again to Piero and Valentini Kitchens to say, please make our bathroom a beautiful and functional piece of art!!!

Cheers,
Ida and Anthony

Thank you very very much Ida & Anthony!! Sorry for this late response to your review, It was a pleasure to work with you both. From the first night I came into your home and we sat around your kitchen table for about 5 hours discussing, measuring and drawing some ideas for your new space, I knew that we had a great connection. To me the most important part of a large home Renovation is the first impression and connection between myself and the new clients as anyone can do very good work but as the main project manager/ contractor/ designer, I will be the person that everyone will see and work with throughout this long and sometimes stressful process called Renovating your home. At first, I come in and show that I can be the right person for the job with all aspects from top quality work and a promise of completing the job in a realistic time frame. Sometimes I tell the client that it doesn't matter how good we really are, how excellent our reviews are here on Homestars and how many years we have been in business that they will be dealing mainly with myself for this entire process and that if they feel that level of comfort and trust from that first long appointment that we are meant to be, it's like a marriage of some sort and that I am there to answer and follow through throughout every step of the way to make sure that I can satisfy my clients 100% of the time and make it an enjoyable and less stressful process than my competitors.

This was all true in my meetings with you both, I felt that strong vibe that first night and I knew you could trust me to complete the entire process of your large Renovation to your home. I remember Anthony telling me day in and day that his colleagues at work would ask him if he was going through the Renovation horror that many go through but Anthony responded back to them to say things were going perfectly and it made me feel so great.

I knew it was challenge to do all this with your family and kids living in the basement and upper level bedrooms as we were working on your entire first floor but we did our best to keep the site as clean and covered up as possible so that when you came home from work that it was like no one was there working.

Your review and words are very much appreciated, this help others here on Homestars with getting a feel of who is the right company for the job, I know you had originally found us on Homestars also and that you had read many of our reviews before narrowing us down as one of your final contractors to do the job.

The final Kitchen and entire Home Renovation is more than I could have imagined when I had put my ideas down on paper, it's truly a wonderful transformation that we can we are so proud to have done this for such a wonderful family. I hope you and the kids enjoy every minute of your home as we love the way everything came out. Cheers Piero, Anthony and the entire Valentini Reno Crew...

P.S. As I respond back to your review, my son Mickey remembers the time he came over to do some project managing, LOL!! Mickey says to say hello to the kids and he looks forward to coming by and seeing you all sometime very soon. We will organize for photography sometime in the new year.

Main Floor Bathroom Renovation

Dealing with Valentini Kitchens was a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. Based on the reputation of their reviews here on Homestars, they did not disappoint!! Everything that was agreed upon was clearly written in the contract and the payment schedule was fair and reasonable. Piero and his brother Anthony are the two caring and trustworthy professionals who run this great family owned company. They have built a reputation of delivering beautifully finished projects, our new magazine worthy bathroom being one of them! Last spring 2015, our sad, dilapidated main floor bathroom was completely gutted and transformed into a thing of beauty and we couldn't be more pleased! A big thank-you to Piero who took care of the planning/designing and always kept us informed through all the various stages of the project. Another big thank-you goes out to Anthony for the beautiful cabinetry and meticulous installation--- PERFECTION is all we can say! We would also like to thank the various tradesmen who did their part and worked diligently to make our project a success:
Louis and Paul- bathroom vanity built; Dave- demolition; Danny and Gene- framing/drywall/tile work/trim and finishing; Frank- electrical work ; Gus- plumbing; Joao- painting/plastering.
Valentini Kitchens took care to complete our project to the highest quality possible and treated us like family! We will definitely be calling them for our next big project---- the kitchen and we have already recommended them to family and friends.
Thanks again,
Leon & Filomena

Thank you very much Filmona & Leon for the wonderful review!! Sorry for the late response. It was a pleasure working with you both, thank you for sharing some of the photos here on Homestars of the finished product. The Bathroom looks absolutely stunning!

When you had first called, you had mentioned that you had found us here on Homestars and read many of our reviews, I knew when I came over that first time that you wanted a spa like bathroom & not just your regular run of the mill main bathroom & that is why you decided to choose us over the many Bathroom Renovators here. I always strive to do this differently than the norm, I want to be unique in design but ultimately I want to do exactly what the homeowner wants but with my vision to give them a space they can truly call magazine like.

After a couple of hours of brainstorming and asking many typical bathroom questions from what type of plumbing fixtures, tile look & colours you would like, I came up with the design that we all felt comfortable with. I designed & we built a custom Valentini Vanity with full panelled mirrors & wall scones built in that was unique to what your style & colour scheme that you both wanted for your bathroom.

With the help of my meticulous brother Anthony & one of our Renovating Crews, We were able to make the design come to reality!! We had transformed your outdated main bathroom into a thing of beauty. You had put all your trust into us & we preformed to the best of our ability to make your dream bathroom come to life. We always put 100% effort into every detail that we do to make sure that the client is 100% pleased.

I hope you are enjoying your bathroom today as you did that first day we completed it & so glad that you gave us the chance to build it for you. Thanks again! Piero, Anthony & the entire Valentini Crew...

Kitchen renovation

So we had decided on a main floor renovation and our original kitchen designer/builder fell through. So it was mid-October of 2014 and reached out to a bunch of well-reviewed kitchen companies. He came over in the first weeks of November after we had gone through a few different quotes and concepts.

What stood out from the start was that Piero came in to do an in home concept design. He spent the better part of the evening working on it, by talking to us, going over placement of shelving and appliances and working out with us what an island could look like. No other company invested that much time and thought into creating a vision of our kitchen previous to signing a quote. Mid November he had us come in for a review of his drawings and get the quote. After humming and hawing for a few days we agreed to go forward.

We picked Valentini mainly because the attention to detail in the drawings, that they were a family company and looking at their previous work/reviews had a sense that they had been doing this for a while and put allot of thought and preparation into what they did. He let us know that his brother (Tony) who builds the cabinets was more detail oriented that he was.

Boy what he right. If Piero is the vision guy, Tony is the guy who makes it all happen. He came a few times to measure and re-measure as they built the cabinets. Now solely not the responsibility of Valentini, we had an issues with plumbing, a HVAC exhaust that was going to be covered by the cabinet next to the fridge, an extension to our central vac so it would have a toe kick plate under the sink, and a few other details that he had solutions for and had the guys to make it happen.

They had our kitchen installed by the end of January and a few odds and ends that carried over.

The actual install went smoothly, the three of them didn't really speak just knew what they were all doing like a hive mind. There was a small issue with the quartz counter but they had it fixed the next day.

We added complications with our going back and forth on quartz countertops, crown molding that we wanted unified through the whole house, window/door/baseboard trim that we wanted to align, and we later got a backsplash installed and had gas line and exhaust vent issues. They either handled it or worked with us on a common approach and solution.

After living with it now for most of the year, it at the end cost more than we'd have initially envisioned but we got to customize and pull the space together so at the end of the day we are really happy with it and are comfortably looking forward to many family meals prepared and shared within our new kitchen. If only the pendant lights would show up in the pictures (not sourced from Valentini, solely my issue agreeing with my wife in a timely manner).

10/10

Kitchen, bathroom, hallway, flooring, and lighting rennovation.

3.5 years ago we had Valentini Kitchen come in to do renovations. We still love it years later! What stood out for us is that they had the work done when they said they would and that the quality of their work was outstanding. We entrusted the work and our home to them and they completely backed it up.
Should we have an opportunity for renovations in the future, we would use Valentini again without a doubt (and have provided them as a recommendation to others).
Thank you Piero and the team for making a difference in our home!

I know you originally found us here on Homestars & you were looking for someone that had a good reputation & was in business for a long time & I am glad we were the company you chose to make your renovations a reality. Take care Piero, Anthony & the entire Valentini Crew...
