My next door neighbor was hiring this company to replace the front door, do we decided to get a quote as well. The price was around the previous quotes. We decided to place our order too. We were told 6-8 weeks. It has been 12 weeks. I phoned everyday for a week to find out the status of the order, no one bothered to return my calls. In case you are wondering our neighbors went through the same, but ended up getting a door from somewhere else even though they lost their deposit with unitech.

I purchased a front entry door and sidelights in March 2010. After one year there was considerable peeling. It took one year of phone calls and messages before he came to inspect the door. He claims it was the first time this happened to his product, but judging by his reviews, this was not true. He repaired it and the following year it looked even worse. He claims we used some type of solvent, we did not. His answer "door still performs". Does not answer calls. WORST service!

They did an excellent job on my windows and doors.The service was excellent,the job was done well They came and changed my front door glass without any problems. Thank you Unitech,

They have a Great selection, and very good prices. Excellent installers, neat, and showed up as scheduled. Be proactive in tracking the status of your order, responses may be delayed.

The process was seamless from the beginning. The products offered are all gorgeous and hard to pick from! Once we selected, the communication right through to installation was fabulous.

We are more than thrilled with our door and workmanship!!

Unitech Doors recently installed Fibreglass front entry doors and rear patio doors to match. We were very happy with the doors and installation process. Unitech's door installers did a fabulous job of fitting them in - with minimal damage to the interior trim and wall. We recommend Unitech Doors to anymore wanting the best door selection. There showroom was impressive and made our choices very easy to make. There are always small issues when retro-fitting doors and Unitech made every effort to correct them and we were completely satisfied with their prompt services and genuine care. Recommended by my contractor but very poor customer service, and dealing with them is frustrating. I have repeatedly had to chase them for an installation date instead of them taking the initiative to call and advise me of the delays that seem to keep happening.

If you're in no rush, they (based on referral's) make beautiful doors at good price, but just be aware that they will not meet their promised delivery date, and that you'll have to keep after them to get answers.

DO NOT purchase from this company.
We spent huge dollars on windows and door last spring, May 2012

By fall we had small blisters that we painted over using the touch up paint provided
By March 2013 we found multiple, large paint blisters with white base coat paint showing through

Many calls to Mario our original salesperson and Claudio, customer service, have resulted in broken promises of a quick resolution with the problem getting bigger by the week.

Richard the owner is either too busy to speak to you or out of the office .

If you have purchased - good luck. If you are considering a purchase run in the other direction!
