Randy Tumber has been the landscape designer / contractor of preference for our organization for over 14 years. He has worked on several projects with us. Properties in our portfolio have won several awards, including Landscape Ontario, and Communities In Bloom.

Initial project was the design and construction of our Courthouse complex gardens, with extensive plantings in front of the Designated Century old Courthouse. This has, and continues to be a showcase for our organization.

Tumber & Associates were engaged to provide design and construction of the landscape elements around 40 Lawrence Ave. Orangeville ( new build), and an expansion of the already extensive gardens to compliment the new courthouse addition, completed in 2011.

A level of client understanding, and commitment to each project undertaken, Randy’s vision with respect to design is without equal. Designs are not viewed as just a single project, but a long term strategy. Recognizing that trees, shrubs, and all other aspects will evolve and grow over the lifetime of the property.

The Tumber crew installed a fountain for us expertly and on schedule so that it worked perfectly, could be easily dismantled and stored over the winter, and could be easily reassembled by us in the spring.

The workers were very polite, professional and the site was kept very tidy throughout the project. The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The results are very beautiful and a delight to our family.

Randy and his team did an excellent job of integrating new plantings, grassed areas, parking area and an arbour with the existing older forest surroundings. The beautiful plantings and arbour look fully integrated with the natural feel of our property. His team members are knowledgable, polite, and hard workers.

We could not envision how to landscape our country property until meeting with Randy. He designed and executed a beautiful outdoor living area, where we now enjoy both pool and separate hot tub surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. In addition, he and his amazing crew built a large wooden pavilion with stone fireplace where we can sit out of the sun and enjoy the beautiful views or relax by the warmth of the fire. It truly is an oasis that we look forward to using year round.

Call Before You Dig! My husband bought a very large property, I had done well managing the 1/2 acre we had so he was sure I could mange a place more than 100 times the size. After months of drawing and erasing, and the initial ground breaking for the out building only weeks away, I chanced on the Tumber site and called Randy. He kindly accommodated my urgent request and within a short time had a rough site plan that we followed through on. Every time I drive up I bless him for his vision - it looks so right. Once the buildings are completed, I hope to have him out to help me with the landscaping. I will let you know how the rest goes.

Tumber & Associates took our uninspired backyard and turned it into a lush paradise. As much as we love the pool, ponds and waterfalls during the daytime, they are like magic at night. With Randy's vast knowledge and experience in landscaping and construction, it was without reservation the we allowed him to create an inviting backyard that leaves our guests in awe. The entire Tumber team was a pleasure to have at our home. They were professional and courteous and took great care in the safety of our small children. We couldn't be more pleased with our new backyard.

We have a property in Caledon which needed sprucing up. Randy and his crew did a fantastic job of enhancing our current landscaping.
