"Appliance repair, with a commitment to prompt, professional courteous service" is their slogan.
They didn't "repair" my washing machine.
They aren't "prompt" b/c to be prompt, you need to actually show up.
They aren't "professional" or "courteous" b/c I was left waiting for the full 4 hour window without any notification that the repair wouldn't proceed that day, despite me reaching out to them for clarification.
$300 dollars later I have nothing to show for it. Avoid them at all costs.

My heat quit working and I was unable to cook for a week, called TAS and they came and were able to fix it. It took them 2 days because they had to order a part but I'm so glad I chose them to fix it for me

INCOMPETENT!!! Booked a service appointment through KitchenAid service website. Technician showed up late. Took fridge apart and mumbled to himself for 20 minutes. Said he needed to bring it into the shop for a "system job" and would have to come back tomorrow with another technician to lift into truck. Charged $100. He called back the next day and said it would cost another $200 for two technicians to come back and pick up the unit, and that the "system job" would be an additional $290. When asked what I had paid for the first time, he responded with "his time". $100 for an incompetent technician to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This company is ridiculous. I can't believe they are an KitchenAid service company. I ended up diagnosing the problem as the compressor within 30 minutes using the internet. INCOMPETENT!!
