Their response to my initial contact was prompt and professional. They did a site visit and delivered a clear proposal, including a reasonable price and schedule. They kept me informed leading up to the start of work. They did a great job and cleaned up properly at the end. I'm very pleased with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Starting with the quote Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful explaining every single detail of the work to be done.
They call in advance to make sure everything is alright, crew arrived at 7:00 am sharp ready to start.
Work was done basically in one day cleaning very well around the house like nothing happened except I have new shingles.
Very happy with my choice!

Removal of existing single layer 3 tab shingles, and replacement with new shingles and flashing.

Forgot to shingle beside the dormer, needed to come back after a phone call. No face to face follow up as committed,warranty finally mailed out. An issue with final payment compared to original quote.

Very professional people. The roofers showed up a 7:00 am as promised and the job was completed in one day. The protected my gardens so n damage was done. They cleaned up my property at the end of the day so that i looked as if they had never been there. no mater how had i looked i couldn't even find one nail on the ground.

I asked for quotes from 4 vendors and decided on Tops Roofing. It was a fair price (not the cheapest not the most expensive) but they seemed to have good reputation and 30 years of experience.

I was very pleased with the job overall. The crew was on time and completed the job in 2 days. They made sure all the plants were protected and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. My neighbour's even commented at how fast the job was done and how nice the house looks. The old roof made the house look very tired looking. The new roof gives the house much better curb appeal.

Overall, great job and I am very happy. Brian (the Manager) came by and walked around the house with me to ensure I was satisfied - that was a nice touch.
