Three Towers Flooring

I live in Newmarket, and even though there showroom was a bit of a drive for me I am very happy that we chose Three Towers to do our floors. I was surprised at how busy they are, especially since their showroom is hidden in an industrial area. Its not the typical retail location, but their showroom is well maintained, their staff is informative and their prices so reasonable. I was referred by a friend, who was referred by a friend(I always try to choose from the "circle of trust"). And now its my turn to refer my friends! There was a bit of a hickup with the delivery(they delivered on a Wednesday instead of Tuesday, the factory closed before they could pick up) but aside from that they did a great job on my house, and I saved about $2500 from what I was being quoted in Newmarket. So I am very happy with the job and have no problem reccomending them.

I purchased prefinished Brazilian walnut from Three Towers in November, and I am the envy of everyone who sees my floors! I found them online while doing a google search and after seeing that their price on Brazilian walnut was almost half what the guys in Michigan wanted, I thought I'd give them a call.

I thought for sure the shipping was going to be a pain in the neck, but It turns out that Three Towers is owned by a big Canadian shipping company, and they had a truckload going my way, so that made it a no brainer!

Anyway. I never did get a chance to thank the staff at Three Towers for being so helpful, so I will do so with this email. Thanks for giving me such a beautiful floor, and thanks for going that extra mile to ship across the border.

I've just had my hardwood floors completed by Three Towers and glad to say that I'm happy I made the decision to go with them. I built a custom home, and was deliberating over choosing a prefinished floor or finishing on site, and after meeting John, I left their showroom thinking this guy is an encyclopedia when it comes to his knowledge of wood!

The whole process of choosing a flooring company was very confusing. There are so many companies and the prices range all over the place. But after talking to John I knew I found the guys who would do our floor. He spent well over an hour with us in the showroom, he showed us all our options and we ended up doing Brazilian cherry, finished on site with a water base finish.

Nam and his team did a fantastic job of installing and sanding my floors, and they were always courteous and polite. My dad worked in construction his whole life, and he was impressed with their workmanship. Price wise, Three Towers was very competitive. I did get a cheaper quote, but my gut told me to go with Three Towers and after seeing how the job came out I am glad I used them.

I just wanted to say that you guys are great to deal with and I will definitely refer you to my friends.

Not only was I impressed with the product and the installation, I have to commend the staff for their product knowledge, and excellent customer service. We were leaning to buy Acacia flooring from another retailer, and Three Towers was the only one who informed us that they DON'T sell acacia because its made in China, and they have a strict policy towards not selling any made in China products whatsoever. So we chose a beautiful maple floor, that was made right here in Georgetown Ontario!

You guys are great because of rock solid integrity. That is a quality that cannot be bought and sold, and that is the reason I will be coming back to you.

I just wanted to let you know that we are very happy with our new floors and especially the stair case renovation. Nam and his crew are really skilled professionals, they matched the color on the stain of the stairs perfectly to the prefinished flooring you installed. Once again, on behalf of my family, thanks again for doing such a great job!

Going to Three Towers and meeting with Mr. John Fortugno ended up our extremely long search and multiple discussions with 9 different flooring stores in order to find the wood flooring that met all our expectations: very good quality flooring, a great choice, and at the right price.

John was extremely generous and took time to answered all our questions and believe me he is not a regular salesman. There are no pressures put on the consumer and he shared in all honesty his extensive expertise and knowledge, including advantages and disadvantages of the different wood species.

All these benefices come with a fantastic after sell service: delivery and installation were well done, on schedule and again at a good price. Three Towers went out of the ordinary to match the staircase and handrails with the floor.

One more tip, consulting the Three Towers website gives you access to the regular price of their floorings, monthly specials and included under Company overview, some very pertinent information regarding the different species of wood and more.

Personally, I am a very picky and informed consumer and Three Towers managed to meet all my demands and my environmental concerns, so 2 toms up to them.
