The Handyman Dan

(I guess the pun is intended.)

I got nervous when I realized I had to shave more out of the countertop to make the slightly larger sink fit. What if I cut too much? Possible given that I've never done this before.

Dan happened to be available at a late hour since he had other family matters to tend to not far from me. He was happy to pop in on his way back home.

Dan is great to work with, conscientious, reasonably priced, reliable and does good work. What more could you ask for?

Dan knows a lot about a lot of things and is probably the go-to guy when your plumber, electrician, or whomever, decides that it's not something they want to do or bill high prices for.

I needed a project done quickly and Dan was able to help me out. He was prompt and his work was exceptional. I would highly recommend him and in fact have asked him to do other projects in our home.

I am very pleased with our baby's room. Redecorating was more challenging than we originally thought because of old wallpaper, but Dan installed our panelling and painted. Everything was done within a day. The work was done very neatly. Dan was very professional, arrived on time and stayed within his estimated time frame. We would definetly consider Dan for furture projects.

We had a tough time finding someone who would take on our small job: cleaning up the grout and silicone left behind by a shoddy repair job.

Dan came the day after I called (admittedly I think it was slower for him, being around New Year's), showed up on time, did the work quickly, cleaned up after himself, and his rate was very fair.

Seeing all the great reviews for him I was sceptical (i.e. thought they might be fake) but was pleasantly surprised. He's a really pleasant man, and I'm calling him again the next time I need something done.

Dan is one of the most congenial, friendly & hard-working contractors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Dan assisted me in purchasing the items for the project and worked right up until Christmas Eve to get the job done. I was astounded at how great my backsplash and shower look! I am having him back to do some carpentry and wouldn't hesitate to use him for any number of projects, big or small.

EXCELLENT, we were pleased with every aspect of Dan's work, service and attitude. We have used Dan several times in our home and our condo. He fixed everything perfectly!
I would not hesitate to use Dan again and recommend him to my friends.

Handyman Dan is a true professional. He completed the job in a fraction of the time we could have done it ourselves, and was professional and pleasant to deal with. Do not be put off if he needs to schedule you in advance, he is popular and worth it. His rates are reasonable and he's so good we're going to be hiring him again.

His communication was great. He booked us in a few months in advance and stuck to the date committed to. He brought all his own supplies (we supplied only the wall paint) making it easy to shop. He set up and cleaned up wonderfully. All was done from start to finish the same day! Thanks Dan

I have a bad back and could not work on this dishwasher installation. I did call Dan and he was able to come early in the next day. He was here on time and did a good job ! His fees compare to others were very good too. He is also a very nice person. I will no doubt use him for the repair of my fence next Summer.
