Student Works Painting

Terrible work. Never hire them get your house painted.
Signed a contract as:
(1) Paint entire garage and garage door frame (3 car Garage)
--Celling and wall: one primer and one coat paint.
(2) Basement baseboard and 4 doors/with door frame one coat.

June 10, 2017 two students came to do the work at 8 am and they said the work could be finished within one day. One hour after, one left for something else ( he is owner/operator). only one student worked whole day till 5:30pm the owner came. They worked till 9 pm and only half work done.
June 11, they came at 6 pm to do the rest of work, they said they could finish by 8 pm.
One hour after, around 7 pm, the owner started to bug for more money. He said with $800 he lost money. Then he did not want to paint the 4 doors and frame. He said 4 doors means only one side of door being painted.
What the work done:
only garage painted with so many uncovered spots.
By 9 pm, I told them stop paint basement but finish garage.
They done the work by 11pm Sunday night.
I have to work tomorrow and did not wanted bargain for unfinished the work. Just give them $800. Let them go.

I will give his name.
Don't hire this guy you will get headache.
This is a horrible experience to hire Student Work Paint.
I even talked to the manager, it is more headache.

The crew chief (Alessandra Amato) and crew were extremely polite, courteous, informative and professional. They did a very good job and cleaned up after the project was completed. Very satisfied and impressed.

Job was done very well from quotation, preparation and paint. What hard working crew, who says kids don't earn there money these days! A pleasure to do business with and we look forward to doing more. Glad to hear Aaron will be available next summer as well. Tristan and Mackenzie can paint!

I am very unhappy with the quality of work done. The 2 students that came on the first and second days did not seem to care whether they got paint on the hardwood floors -saying 'it will come off'. It was not just a few drops! I spoke to their supervisor on both days and she did speak to her staff. Finally I called the supervisor back on the second day telling her to get these people out and find someone who can do the job properly. She came back the 3rd day herself to try and fix the issues I had. They didnt clean up properly when they were done.I still am not satisfied and will have to to repaint spots still not done properly and fix the runs left on the walls ourselves. The hardwood stairs to the basement are ruined with fine spray of paint that we can't get off. It's in the grain of the
wood. Can you imagine if this had been carpet. Would not recommend them.

Student Works Painting (Stephany Kawaja, Owner/Operator ) did an excellent job painting my bathroom. The work was done (by Teegan Williams under the supervision of Stephany) quickly, cleanly & efficiently. Stephany was impressive as a young entrepreneur - she was very organized, promptly answered calls, & was altogether pleasant to work with.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that I encountered with Ms Hogan and her team. They took the time to show me all work before proceeding. If there was an area that one coat would do nicely we would examine it and get the ok from me before moving onto th next item. Some needed two coats and some needed one. This helped keep costs down while ensuring the job looked amazing when done. We love the finished work and the team was great that no mess was made and everything taken with them which while expected has not been done in th past when we have hired people.

We were very happy with the team's promptness, professionalism, and the quality of the work. We had 2 bedrooms, a family room, and 3 outside doors painted. Everything was tidied up and put away at the end of each day. We are very happy with the process and the results. We would definitely recommend Student Works Painting.

They completed our interior main floor, including some very high walls, within 2 days, with diligence and a commitment to high quality work. Great job by Stephany Kawaja and her crew. The team painted a large Pergola and the exterior walls of my addition. She did the job exactly as agreed and on time . Cleaned up very nicely after the work. Any concerns were quickly addressed and dealt with.

Stephany Kawaja was amazing! From the initial meeting she was thorough, pleasant and reliable. She kept me posted on the timeline of the project based on weather conditions. The painter she had on this project did a great job and it was an easy process overall.
