Jay cleaned the carpets in our office which were very soiled in a heavy traffic area he made them look brand new I was totally amazed on how great they looked. He came on time and we revived professional courteous service. He even got out the stains our previous carpet cleaner left behind.

I had some two week old pet urine stains on my brand new designer couch. I had tried to clean it myself but ended up making it worse.

I called Jay at Steam Kleen and he came the SAME DAY to clean it. The couch looks and smells great and he even deodorized my king mattress and cleaned another chair on the house!

After water flooded into our basement during a heavy storm, Jay answered the e-mail I sent even though it was late at night and arrived the next morning to set up drying machines. He kept in contact with us until it was dry, and returned to clean and sanitize the affected area thoroughly. Unfortunately, a storm a day later caused a second flood, and again, Jay's quick action and concern were greatly appreciated!!! We'd definitely recommend Steam Kleen!

BEST SERVICE EVER! Our home is only 5 yrs old and we have hated our tiles for the last 4 yrs as the grout and textured tile were so stained and discolored that you literally could not tell that they had once been cream color. We had even considered tearing out the tile until we happened to see what SteamKleen did to our neighbors tiles and Grout. We were given Jay's contact info and he was out within 2 days of us calling as we explained we had company coming and needed it done asap. We were blown away by what SteamKleen did to our tiles and grout! They look brand new and beautiful and are even cleaner than the day we did our pdi! We have already booked Jay to come and do our carpets as we were pleased beyond our expectations by the work done, the price and the friendliness of the company owner! A+++++++++++

Excellent service, prompt and professional. I am preparing my house to sell and Jay was very helpful on site. I had my white carpets , couches and scotch guarded AND tile and grout cleaned in the kitchen. It's pretty amazing what came out of the carpets- red candle wax and nail polish. He was the first company to successfully remove the gray "dust" lines between the baseboards and carpet-- in the past we've had 3 others promise to remove it unsuccessfully. Not to mention, our kitchen floors have never looked so clean! I strongly recommend you call Jay to save time and money.

The in-home service provided was professional and efficient. Lingering stains were removed from my area rug and I now feel reassured knowing that my light coloured furniture is well-protected by the thorough Scotch Guarding application.
