We had a great experience with Somerset. The type of addition made it possible for us to live in the existing structure and our site supervisor kept the site clean and secure through out construction. From day one the experience was positive and professionally handled. We added a two
story addition with a master bed room
ensuite bathroom, walkin closet, guest room, and on the main floor an open
concept kitchen, family room ,dining area,powder room and side door entry.
We had a time table for decision making so we never felt overwhelmed with the choices and decisions that had to be made. Having a site supervisor was great
because the communication went through one person on site. Our site supervisor
was clearly very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. For him there
was only one way to do a job...the right way. In terms of project timing it went very well and we ended up within 5% of our budget plan.
You often hear about people's unpleasant reno stories but for us it was a great process with a great result.
