Tony came out to measure our en-suite shower for a shower enclosure and shower door, he arrived punctually, took detailed measurements and made some excellent suggestions to maximize the shower door opening. Tony also took a template of our floating side tables, sideboard and our custom made built on cabinet. His team that did the install were on time, were courteous and did a great install. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house the way they found it. My wife and I would have no problem recommending Tony and his team from Shower Doors of Canada to our family and friends.

I needed glass shelving around a wall mounted TV, to hold a cable box, assorted remotes and decorative pieces. Tony came to the house with suggestions of I do less than what I was thinking to keep the look clean. It's all up and hanging and looks great.

I had a very large wood frame that needed to be mounted on the wall and have mirror put in. Shower door came by measured and discussed how they would be able to mount the heavy mirror. The end result was beautiful. Shower door provided service that was fast and very professional.

I am a former Torontonian who now lives in Ottawa (work reason) and needed a part for my shower door which was unavailble in Ottawa or Montreal. Shower Door of Canada installed our original glass shower stall 20 years ago and did an excellent job. When the tile work in the bottom of the shower stall had to be redone recently, they were able to re-install the existing glass panels to match the changes and made sure that the shower looked & worked as good as new. They were very friendly, helpful & professional.

Shower Door of Canada came and measured my bathroom for a custom size mirror. I was told it would take 1.5 weeks to make and deliver and so I paid them a deposit. After 2 weeks I never heard anything and I emailed them and they responded they would get back to me. Another week goes by and I hear nothing and so I followed up once again with them. At this point I'm frustrated by the very poor communication and poor customer service that I've received. Finally they tell me the mirror is ready for delivery.

A few days later the guys came to install the mirror and it didn't fit. There was a huge gap from the top edge to the ceiling and 2 cutout holes for the lighting were out of position by 0.5". The guys tell me they'll have to make a new one. Mistakes happen and so I emailed the owner asking them to rush the replacement mirror since I'm without a mirror and lighting in my bathroom. He replied and said he would get back to me. I waited 4 days and didn't hear from him. At this point I'm very frustrated since there didn't appear to be any sense of urgency in rectifying the issue. Finally I emailed him and told him that if he couldn't get me a replacement mirror in a week that I wanted my deposit back. The next day he replied that he couldn't do it in a week and offered to refund the deposit.

I was very unhappy with my experience with this company and so I asked for my refund back. I certainly will not consider them for any future work.

This is the third time I've used Shower Door Canada over the last 8 years and they have been excellent each time.(twice in my home and once at a rental property). The measurements were accurate and the installation only took about 90 minutes. I highly recommend them.
