Our house came with alot of old appliances. After 5 years it was time to replace a couple of them. So we went to Sears. Great place to look for home appliances especially if you are looking not to spend too much. They had the best price on the items we were looking for. The sales people are sorta pushy but not so much you felt like you were cornered. But they are very friendly. The gentleman we got was very knowledgeable and very articulate. So it was easy to understand and you didnt feel intimidated. The service was great: we got a delivery rebate, $100 worth of reward points on our Sears mastercard and got a 3 month interest free delayed payment plan. The items were delivered in a timely fashion, and our appliances are working great. We will definitely go back when it's time for a new fridge.

Sears came to my home for a furnace repair. They came on time very respectful of my house and charged a reasonable price for the repair. I highly recommmend using Sears for any service jobs.

from the beginning all the way through to the installation all members of sears were knowledgeable, and personable. the prices were as advertised. i would recommend them to others at any time.
