They have a pretty good selection in the showroom, however, most of the items are not in stock and they have to place orders; unfortunately these orders usually take over a month. They are also a bit slow on ordering parts for previous orders.

Royal lighting staff are professional and knowledgeable on how to pick the perfect fixture for you home. They have a wide selection of products for any room in the house from contemporary to traditional. I would return to Royal lighting again.

They have the largest selection for everything a home needs for lighting. The staff is very knowledgable, and they were able to help me find the perfect fixture within my budget!

The service is great, Royal Lighting stands behind their product and when I had an issue with the fixture I bought, it was a no hassle service and replacement!!

I purchased 2 chandaliers for my kitchen. When opening box found that the ceramic socket for the light bulb was smashed. Obviously had happened in transit from the supplier. It was Christmas time and I Phoned 3 times before manager returned my call. He asked me "why does it matter if it doesnt even show. I said I thought I deserved a product that wasnt damaged. Finally, he offered a $50 discount for the broken socket, which he said would be sent by mail. It never arrived. I have now spent over $20,000 in lighting so far for this home, and still plan on purchasing more chandaliers for our new home. I will definately not be purchasing from Royal lighting with that type of customer service.

Very good selection of lighting both interior and exterior. A bit overstaffed during some hours of the day but if they let you explore the store by yourself you can definitely find something unique.

From the moment i walked into the store, i was greeted in a friendly manner.i was able to find all my lights and even some great mirrors! after making the purchase i decided to shop around to check out the prices. royal was lower on every price

Right when we stepped into the showroom we had a warm welcome from Co. He is truly amazing! Co had great opinions on various styles of lighting and walked us through each room of the house effortlessly. The cost was very reasonable! Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

For years, Royal Lighting has been on the top of our list for all our home lighting needs. After a city-wide search for the perfect hall and stairway lighting, it was back to old faithful. At Royal, there is so much choice, but you don't feel overwhelmed or hustled. Many other stores have good selections, but their prices are ridiculous and often insulting. Royal has the best prices for great lights, and the selection is incredible. The staff are plentiful, and helpful too. We abhor big box stores for lighting as the selection is poor and the prices are not the greatest either. Royal has just about lit our entire house and we couldn't be more pleased.

We went into the store and found an extensive inventory. They weren't nearly as cheap as Home Depot or other box stores, but were reasonably priced for the quality, selection, and service. The lamps we chose had recently run out of stock, but we ordered them and received them in 1 week. We also found out that we had been using the wrong strength of light bulb in our kitchen track lighting; they have a huge selection of light bulbs and recommended a brighter wider spread halogen bulb for our kitchen tracks... Now I can actually SEE WHAT I'M DOING IN THE KITCHEN! A+ COMPANY.

we purchase our lights in the summer but recently one broke with the wind. We called the store and they said to come in with the light. They looked it over and said they would be happy to replace it free of charge! We were so surprised that they had no problem to return it! Wow, what great service!!
