Royal Kitchen Doors & Cabinets

How many times does a company promise to show up and finish the work? It has been 4 times so far and I am still waiting. The drawer fronts were made the wrong size and an upper cabinet had a warped door. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for someone to show up and finish. Phone calls have been ignored, but when I go in to talk to someone..."no problem the installer will show up". Not so. How much time do I need to take off work? This is very frustrating, it's a small bathroom just 6' wide.

We have just had a really great kitchen installed. The quality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They worked with us on refining the design and they took as much time as we wanted.
Unlike so many cabinet companies who really are just box makers and then buy their doors from another company, Royal have their own CNC machines in the back and their own paint shop. The quality of the finished cabinets that were delivered was exceptionally good and the price was very competitive, less than half when compared to one other estimate from a so called “Custom” cabinet maker.
I strongly recommend them.

My parents were looking forward to a new kitchen. Unfortunately, they were very disappointed. They received cheap looking cupboard drawers, poorly installed. Not only that, the installer damaged our floors--he was like a bull in a china shop! They are very unprofessional and I would never recommend them, considering there are many great kitchen places out there.
