We were thrilled with the workmanship of the dedicated plumbing team of Lester and Mirko. For six years we had a strong sewage smell emanating from our basement. Various plumbers would come and offer up quick patchwork solutions that were costly and never solved the problem, which just grew worse and worse.

When we called Lester and Mirko, they took the time to listen to our concerns and observations. They did a lot of investigative plumbing work and solved our problem completely.

They replaced our main drain line, added a backwater valve, p-traps and proper floor drainage. Now our home is safe and smell free. They were honest and thorough with their work, as well as courteous, respectful and kind.

We wish we had called them from the start as we would have saved a lot of headaches, time and money!

Just before the July long weekend sewage was backing up in my basement. I called Lester and Sean was at my house within the hour. Sean snaked in and removed a lot of tree roots from the old pipes. The issue was resolved in an hours time and within the quoted price, which was reasonable.
The Rooter team is very knowledgeable and provided recommendations for permanent resolution as well. I am thankful for their quick response and job well done. I will surely consider this team in future and recommend them to others.

We had noticed that every time we turned off a tap there was a banging in the pipes. It was really bad when we did the laundry. We were getting concerned so we called Lester. We have know him for over 20 years as our ‘go to’ guy for any problem we’ve had with our house and he always comes through for us. If he doesn’t know how to fix a problem, he knows someone who does and gets them over to our place. He was wonderful once again and we now have a quiet house. He is reliable, shows up within a reasonable amount of time and honestly wants to help solve your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. I don’t know what would do without him.

All of a sudden my kitchen was completely blocked and it was clear I needed the services of a professional. Lester was super responsive to my online inquiry and Sean came out first thing the next day in the most freezing weather. He was super efficient in his work and left everything just has he found it. I've had Lester and his assistant from Rooter Group at my house many
times for various plumbing jobs, most recently to change my main water
supply shutoff valve and the shutoff valve to my outside water tap.
They always do an excellent job, and I would recommend them to
anybody.

I had a 100 year old pipe which had rusted out and started leaking behind the wall. I appreciated that Lester was willing to think critically about the job and explore various possible fixes, especially when it was not clear initially where the leak was coming from. Plumbers who had come earlier were either not very interested in solving a potentially complex problem, or recommended removing the entire stack, while Lester was able to find the leak and patch it up quite quickly. He had a good response time and showed up as promised, which was appreciated.

I was running into an issue where my drain wasn't working so I called this company. Lester and Sean came to snake the drain and do some replacement on the pipes. They were able to get to my place quickly and were able to snake/repair my drains in less than an hour. Lester was able to add in additional points of access to the drain as well to help cut down on future issues. Both were incredibly knowledgeable with what they were doing - would definitely recommend!

Had drainage issues which Lester was able to fix. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Was on time, cleaned up everything and ensured we were happy with the work performed. Would recommend Rooter Group for anyone that requires plumbing assistance.

Toilet leaking all over the floor due to broken internal works. Lester & his assistant arrived quickly & made the repair. Excellent service with out front cost & no “up-selling”. Fixed right the first time! Highly recommended.
