staff was very helpful in all aspects of our bathroom reno. from selecting the materials and fixtures to getting us emergency delivery when needed. i would recommend to anyone, especially a first timer.

I was looking to by a kitchen for a new home that I recently purchased
and didn't know were to start. When the really Rona Associate give me a hand. He was so helpful and explain thing so clearly that it make my experience so much easier. Thank for all your help!

I just purchased my first home and I needed to replace the fuse panel. I knew nothing about this and when I went to Rona I was shocked that there were actually staff available to help me AND they knew what they were talking about. They did not try to sell me on the most expensive electrical equipment they sold and explained to me in simple terms what needed to be done.

For the first incident at the Whitby store I have to totally agree that you were dealt with inappropriately, but it is most likely because it is a new store and many people are unfamiliar with the procedures for customer pick-ups. Nobody at any store is trying to take your money without giving you the product, and in fact that is completely the opposite from what we aim to do. Not that that is an excuse for poor customer service though, but my recommendation would be to contact the store manager at the Whitby location, or contact Rona head office directly with your complaint.

i got a pair of friends getting married. And I know they need renovate their new little condo. And I decided to buy gift card for them. But the max face value i can get is $100. Then I end up buy 2. If I can choose how much money I can load into a card without a fixed amount on it. That would be great.

They were very helpful. They had promised that my shower door would arrive within 3 weeks but unfortunately it did not however they were sorry and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. They were truly friendly and professional.

We like so many others went to RONA on Saturday to get our spring gardening supplies. The lineups were atrocious! Easter long weekend and they have 2 cashiers on. Plus a lot of their gardening supplies aren't in yet. We like to shop Canadian but what's with the "Garden" Centre...

Went looking in hardware stores for materials for a project but everything that wasn't sold in bulk was so expensive! I really wasn't ready to fork over $11 for a piece of 1X2X4 wood (even though it was good quality wood) but neither did I have space (or the strength) to lug an 8 ft piece of wood ($8) on the GO Train, through the subway to university! And... $1.50-ish for one single acorn nut?! And people wonder why students are sooo broke!

My sincere thanks to the staff in the Paint department of the Rona Home & Garden store (Glen Erin locatin). I walked in wanting to do my first furniture refinishing project not knowning where to start. Various knowledgeable staff members gave me the "A to Z" of materials I needed along with tips and techniques based on their own experiences. My project turned out beautifully- couldn't have done it without their advice and guidance. If you're starting something from scratch, the staff at Rona will ensure you're on the right track!

I would like to commend Rona for their helpful, knowledgable staff. They went out of their way to help us find the right flooring for our needs for our bathroom floor. If my husband isn't reading this, he isn't very handy, though he tries and learns. So they give great advice for him to be able to do it on his own and not have to call in a professional!
