We'd just had mold removal done which resulted in the gutting of our bathroom and kitchen. On a tight budget and even tighter time-frame, a friend recommended RONA.
We're not pro's and needed a lot of help. The customer service was superior and the prices much better than the hardware store we normally go to. One sales associate took care of us beginning to end. And another happily helped us load our van. We had come for our plumbing and bathroom needs and she sent us home with everything, even remembering the little things that we never would have considered. From product knowledge to sourcing and personality, I've never been so impressed with a big box store.
We're looking forward to our next trip back to get the kitchen done.

I went to Rona to find sample tiles to take back to my contractor. The attendant was so helpful and convinced me it would be an easy project to do myself. He showed me all the tools and what kind of grout I'd need. I tiled my kitchen floor with ease thanks to the Rona attendant! Thanks Rona!

In the store all the sevice man can help you ;select material compar price.even they can show you what can tools you need to use.For the kitchen renovation I think rona are good place you need to go.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Pre-work communication was very friendly and supportive, with an excellent response time. Site work was excellent I have always enjoyed shopping at this informative, exciting, enthusiastic store. the customer service is amazing, friendly, helpful, punctual, courteous, up-dated, informative, educated, great salespeople, etc.

I used Rona's services to find new accessories for my garden and backyard. The staff were very informative and helpful in finding the right product for the space i was working with. I ended up having a fountain installed and the workers were very quick and good to work with. Rona was a good choice!

Very helpful service from Rona. I went to buy extra shelves for my medicine cabinet in the bathroom and didn't know where to start. The guy there was very helpful, picked out the piece of wood for me, measured and cut it perfectly for me. I was in and out in about twenty minutes and the shelves worked perfectly! Thanks Rona!

I needed to do a little bathroom renovation. Went into Rona to find a new mirror, and a new bathroom faucet. The mirrors I was able to find on my own, but as for the faucets, I really needed some help. The Rona sales associates came up to me and askd me if I needed any help. Now that was great customer service, instead of having me go and ask, they came up to me and asked if I needed any help.
