Bought beautiful leather sectional at Robs in 2007. Was able to get a decent deal with one of th owners...Very personable and ensured we were happy with the couch and delivery service. Delivery to low rise townhouse wasn't easy, but delivery guys were efficient and friendly.

We bought our sofa and love seat from Rob's several years ago. It was ready several weeks later than promised, but we were pleased with it. However, the microfibre is wearing "flat" on the arms so we ordered arm covers in mid April. We were told they would be ready in 2 weeks. After 3 or 4 weeks, we called. "Another 2 weeks" they said. Now it is 7 weeks later and we still don't have it. Unfortunately we paid the full amount at the time. I would not do that again, but just leave a deposit.

In a word, they do NOT keep their word on when the product will be ready.

bad customer service. Very rude employees on the phone. not willing to fix their mistakes on what I've ordered. I would never deal with them again. their attitude before and after sale was completely different.

the deals that they gave us were really good, they had a wide range of products and we did a lot of product matching that made our house look really good. but when it came to deliveries we had to wait 3 weeks long than expected and were really hard to get a hold of.

This was the only furniture store where I didn't feel like I was being followed around by a car salesman. Employees and manager were very helpful and friendly, delivery time was as promised and I love the furniture!

I purchased a sofa set at the beginning of August 2010 & was told it would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. A month later I received a call that it was being delivered the next day. On the day of delivery I was told it wasn't ready. Two weeks passed. I tried phoning the store during this time & no one answered. Finally I went in and spoke with the manager. He made a phone call and said it was coming the next day. When the sofa set arrive arrived it was not the sofa set I had ordered. I was then inundated with calls that my order would be 'rushed'. The prospect of a 'rush job' on a sofa set did not seem very good (quality anyone!), so I asked for a refund. Since then I have been given the run around by the manager and the sales people. Still waiting for the refund....

Bought a couch and loveseat. The Couch is disintegrating beneath us as we speak but loveseat is fine. We use both an equal amount. Rob's Furniture won't help. Would never shop there again.

I was looking to buy a dining set for my home about a week prior to my wedding to accomodate more guests during their stay. I received a great deal from the salesperson and when i tried to bargain down a little bit more and receive free shipping on that day (which was a holiday as well), he asked his boss (who was the owner) to join in the conversation. The owner allowed the deal and while discussing our purchase, he found out that I was getting married the following weekend and told me to return to receive a free wedding gift. We did not return for the gift, but it was a very friendly gesture and we appreciated it. Definitely would return if we need anything

The furniture we purchased was okay but not as good as we had thought. The delivery was a few weeks late as well.
