I had several companies refuse to take this job, but when Martin came over to check on another issue I had, he came up with a plan to fix this lingering problem Ive had since I moved in in 2010

The problem is my mansard roofing and how it facilitates a nice cascade of water during a rainfall at my front and back door entrances. Not only has this been a nuisance, but it has also provided some significant damage to our concrete patio over the years.

Martin had the solution, and I can confirm after the first heavy rainfall, that it was a success.

Id like to point out that Tim, who was the installer, was very knowledgeable and professional in the couple of days he was at the house working.

I noticed a leak in my roof only in heavy rain and high winds. Martyn returned my call same day and had his team out to assess the following day. He assessed the overall condition of the roof and sent photos of the problem area. Within 2 days the repair was completed. In the past month since the repair we have had tons of rain and not a drop inside. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Martyn provided detailed estimates and organized removal and new shingle installation in an efficient manor. This was a large roof and weekend time was used when the weather did not cooperate! Martyn also organized eaves and soffit work from tree damage and all was completed professionally. A few nails were left with frozen ground so he provided a magnet for me to clean them up with when the ground thawed.

All in one day
Removal of old shingles; install protective roof membrane; install new shingles, flashings, roof vents and solar powered vents. Clean up and removal of old shingles - all between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

2022 was a very stressful year for my family and my home. Started the year with multiple big repairs needed on a 30yr old home, then found sudden and serious deterioration in our asphalt shingle roof as we came out of Spring.

Our roof was in rough shape when I called Martin to come repair it. There was areas of buckled decking and curled shingles due to over heating caused by insufficient ventilation. Martin listened to my concerns and his crew added more vents where needed and replaced all areas with bad decking. The new roof looks amazing and I know it was done the Rightway!!
