We have had water coming into the basement of our family home for years. Finally we called RCC to come out and have a look. We were expecting the work to come with a major price tag, but the consultant Daniel gave us a few options and explained the pros and cons of each option. We settled the issue for half the price of what other companies had quoted using the internal method. Very happy

Really fast service, I had 3 foundation cracks in my basement. Got them repaired in the spring and during the major flooding we had this year, they all held up. Daniel was very professional and the crew was very hardworking.

Prompt response to my call. Mauro found the area to be fixed very quickly. Tom and Adrian showed up to do the work. They were very friendly and confirmed what was to be done. Although I checked in on their progress a couple of times during the work, Tom showed me a whole series of photos of the job progress after they were done, showing me the complete excavated area, the cracks found, the patched cracks, the waterproofing materials applied, etc. The work area was left in immaculate condition when they were done. I am very happy with RCC's service and work.

We called into RCC and Daniel came out to have a look at our basement. An internal system and battery backup sump pump was what we chose to fix the issue. I just had my basement waterproofing completed by RCC. I had Den and Canroys crew, and they were excellent from the initial consultation right up until implementation wrap up.

Given the Mississauga flood from August 17, 2024 with water into my finished basement, I couldn't chance this ever happening again. I knew RCC was the best in the business, so I went with them. Den came out to consult and advise on what could be done. I went with a full wrap around the two sides of my townhome that back onto grass or flower beds. Den also advised a sump pump, so I got that installed too.

I'm now confident that I'm protected from freakish heavy rains. The before and after pictures show the condition of my foundation concrete (with many cracks before) and how they looked patched up. Of course, RCC does more than patch the foundation. I'm grateful I can finally sleep easy.
