I have been renovating our house for the last five years or more and the kitchen was the last job to be completed. I have been planning to sell our house, but ever since you guys, Keti and the office staff, Omar the template guy, and the superb fabricators and installers put in this ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC countertop in our kitchen, I am now going to have a heck of a time convincing my wife to sell!LOL! Thank you all very much for such a professional and beautiful job from start to finish! We will always recommend you to others and we will see what the kitchen in the new house looks like…who knows?

Girish from Pro Stone was fantastic. He took his time to provide us with different choices and options. The installers were out of this world and spent many hours perfecting the install. The seams on the countertop cannot be seen. My only recommendation to the owner - Bal is to communicate back to customers promptly and give his employees the tools to complete their jobs

I was unable to communicate fully with installers and they drilled the holes for my faucets incorrectly. They also used too much sealant and left a discolored area on one section. Showroom assistance was fantastic but installation was very unsatisfactory. I am disappointed that my dissatisfaction was not taken seriously since the installer blamed me for the problem with the faucet holes and the follow up visit after my complaint just apologized but offered no remedy for the wrong holes. They did work on the discolored spot but I won't know if that worked for a few days.

I found Pro Stone through Home Stars and decided to contact them because of their great reviews. I am so glad I did. They did an amazing job with my kitchen counters!
The warehouse has a huge selection of product. Girish was patient, thoughtful, and respectful while taking me through my options and how it would all work in my Kitchen. My counter tops were professionally installed well within the promised date (how often does that happen?!) by efficient, tidy installers.
I LOVE my kitchen and would recommend Girish and Prostone without hesitation!!

I would like to thank Girish for his advice and expertise, because of his suggestions I now have the most fabulous countertop and backplash. Everyone that has been to my home including Pro Stone competitors has commented on how beautiful it looks and how well done it was done I wili definitely be using you again for my next project.

I was finally going to update my tiny kitchen and the one Must Have on my list was an Extra Deep, Bright White Stone Look counter top. I wanted my kitchen to have the classic French Pastry Shop look.
Giri at Prostone was Awesome. The warehouse was incredible. I never knew that there were so many beautiful marble, granite and man made options.
Giri found me the Perfect product (Quartz, in Fairy White) and it was professionally installed well within the promised date by friendly, efficient and really clean installers.

Great selection of granite. I was listened to before being sold anything ... not pushy. I was initially served by Kugan Siva who showed me options that would match what I described. I selected granite for the Kitchen (two different granite colours), Master bedroom (one colour) and two small bathrooms (one colour) that matched the look I wanted.

Following that I presented my drawings to Kita Katragjini (sales rep) along with the colours of granite chosen. She was very helpful at recommending what options open to minimize seams as well as cost. Again not pushy just helpful. The price for the quality (full 3 cm slab and not just the edges as many offer), was very fair: so I placed my order with deposit.

The person who came to measure was very thorough using the latest laser beam technology as well as confirming everything with a measuring tape. He measured at least 3 times. The data was loaded into his laptop and from there we made the final modifications together. Again very helpful with useful suggestions but never pushy.

The installation crew (Edmond, Kejdi & Cendri) arrived on time and did a great job. A small mishap on installing the oversize counter piece caused a corner wood piece to crack ... Edmond was very helpful in helping to fix this with me before continuing the installation of this section. Over all I very satisfied with the installation.
If I was asked if anything could have been better, it would be the quality of the 4 bathroom sinks purchased from ProStone. They are beautiful and well finished, however the casting of the original mold prior to glazing is less then perfect around the drain. This makes it a little tricky to get a good seal around the drain when installing the plumbing.
My total overall experience was good and I would definitely recommend ProStone.

We found Pro Stone through Home Star and had no regret hiring them. They have good varieties of stones displayed in a large show room which made it easier for us to view and select. Sales person Girish is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He helped us with some selections of the stones and they turned out to be really nice and beautiful. I also like their kitchen and bar sinks as well. I bought all my sinks from them. We had three projects done by Pro Stone over the course of 2 years. The first one was our kitchen and powder room counter top in January 2013. The second one was two bathroom vanities upstairs in April 2014 and third one was the bar counter top and the bathroom vanity top in the basement in August 2014. We got all our counter tops from Pro Stone and the installations were very precise. They were also very accommodating. Our basement renovation was delayed by the main contractor and Pro Stone tried their best to still deliver the service according to our original tight schedule. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and families.

Pro Stone have a beautiful, well-organized facility with a lot of variety. All their staff is professional, respectable and are very knowledgeable and able to assist you with any questions or concerns. Three of my family members, including myself, have had stone products installed in our homes. Everything was measure and installed perfectly. We highly recommend Pro Stone.
