Pro Stone

We recently upgraded our counter top to granite from Pro Stone. I went to Toronto Granite, and Granite Encounters before going to Pro Stone. It was the best service and slab selection! The counter tops were thicker than the standard 3/4 inch. It was actually 1 1/4 inch. We settled on the Golden Typhoon and la dolce vita granite fro the island. Kugan was so helpful!! He was the one who recommended the different granite for the island. It was the most expensive tier but I love it so much!!! Kugan and we met at least 3 times before picking the granite. He gave us samples, information and let us pick our own slabs. He helped us with sinks and the design as well!! I have to say that I LOVE LOVE everything!! On the day of the installation, he even called to check up on us and see how everything was...now that's impressive. I didn't expect a call from him and that was so nice!!! I will recommend Pro Stone to anyone! I am so glad that I went with them instead of anyone else. They are polite, punctual, and the quality is the BEST. They really do know what they are doing and they are so patient!! This is a pretty big purchase so you want to make sure it's done right. And they understand that... Also, they have a huge warehouse along with the cutting machine. They will cut the slab on site so it really expedites the work. The install took only about 3 hrs. 3 guys came and finished it beautifully. My kitchen is to die for now...and since this job, I can't wait for it to start on the bathrooms!!! = )

We were referred to ProStone from a friend who used them for her kitchen countertops. She said to ask for Girish. We had been to MANY other places but never found the granite that jumped out at us for our countertops. When we went to ProStone we saw "many" slabs of granite for our countertops that jumped out at us and Girish was particularly patient with us when we would see something new and change our minds! Girish helped us make the final choice and we also chose our stainless steel sink from ProStone - huge selection of those as well. ProStone measured/delivered and installed all according to schedule. They did an awesome job and it was a pleasure to work with them and their installers. We are now going back to get our island countertop! You will not be disappointed when you go to ProStone. They have the quality you are looking for and the prices are right.

Purchasing the countertop was very stressful because it is a very large purchase. Bal dealed with us and made us very satisfied customers. The installers were exceptional too. They were polite, very quick and their work was excellent. They always took their shoes off and cleaned up before they left. Excellent work from beginning to end. Thanks so much!!!

We are very pleased with our counter tops. Excellent service from Girish and Anna. They answered all of our questions and concerns. The installers were very professional and efficient. Money worth spending for a high quality job.

wanted to 'freshen' our kitchen, the cupboards are in excellent condition so we replaced the counters, sink, faucet which then led to new appliances. Kitchen places were not interested in us, unless you are willing to gut the room and start from scratch, they have nothing to offer. Met the reps from ProStone at the Home Show and were instantly impressed. ProStone was there to assist every step of the way, from the design and selection to installation. Excellent workmanship, customer service and we're very impressed!

I would strongly recommend Prostone as a Granite Co. They have excellent selection of Granite Slabes 1 1/4 inch Thick ranging in different prices per sq ft. Their sales staff are excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. Their installers are excellent also.

We found Pro stone was the best value money and had excellent customer service and suggestions regarding the project.They have one of the best selection of stones. We had a complete kitchen renovation done. Pro Stone came highly recommended and decided to go to them to purchase and install our granite counter top. Prostone did a great job from beginning to end. Everyone at the company was very good to deal with. They did exactly what they said they would do. The fabrication was excellent and the installers did a great job. They were on time, quick and they clean up while they work and again at the end. On top of all that, the counters look fantastic. I would definitely use them again.
