Adam T. was very pleasant and professional throughout the 6 hours of work. His workmanship was excellent and he left no mess. He exercised his experience to troubleshoot the best solutions and did a great job at including our opinions when necessary. We would call him any time. Priority Plumbing facilitated his great work by providing an exceptionally well-stocked truck so there were no delays to get parts or necessary equipment.

Called for an inspection of a leak in shower floor. Even though it appeared to need a larger shower re-install project, Adam was helpful and did a thorough check of the house, letting us know about different issues that we'll need to address soon and offering advice on how to move forward. Thanks!

Also, a shout-out to Felicity in Customer Service for arranging the appointment. It was a painless experience from start to finish. Our floor drain's unclogged and we can do laundry again! Yay! And... lesson learned... from now on, we will use better-quality dish detergent and never pour grease down the kitchen sink again! You guys rock!

Greg came to help us after the city did some work on our street and gravel unexpectedly got into our water line and gummed up all our faucets and valves. Greg spent the entire day working at our house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, and stayed until the job was done. Everything's working just fine now and we are so thankful that we called Priority Plumbing. It was quite possibly the best customer service experience I've had. Thanks Greg and team.

Adam T arrived on-time, was extremely professional and began work after a careful and well-explained assessment and review of options . He took exceptional care with his work, showing a high degree of technical ability and resourcefulness in dealing unexpected problems, especially important with an old house like ours. Priority Plumbing seems to send out their plumbers with materials on the truck so the work can start immediately. Adam promised to return on Day 2 and did so, again arriving on time. There is an obvious commitment to excellence shown by Adam T and Priority Plumbing in general. We will not hesitate to call on them again for our next plumbing job.
