Premi Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Premi installed our new high efficiency furnance and reworked some duct work. There were some issues with parts being delayed (though they knew of our install two months in advance) and with scheduling but otherwise the experience was great. We worked with Jack, and he was very pleasant and professional.

Premi-Air replaced our oil burner with a gas burner, took care of the removal of the old system, and installed a new gas barbeque. It is an exceptionally fine company to work with. Staff are professional, highly informed about their product, reliable, on-time and on-schedule, exceedingly conscientious, and pleasant. Joseph Simon is a good communicator with those who do not understand the work, and is genuinely enthusiastic about the value and ingenuity of the product. When even a slight problem arises, the company responds immediately, and does not give up until it is diagnosed and solved. Top marks!

It was a cold day in March 2008....the furnace stops working...I call 6 repair people, Premi is the only one to be able to show up in short notice. They come within 2 minutes of when they said they would...with a very knowlegeable repair guy...furnace was dead. They were able to have someone at the house at 9am the next morning to install the new furnace ! Very nice people, knowledgeable reapir guys, and imagine, they even show up on time ! I would use them again (hopefully I won't have to) in a heartbeat !

I recently had my furnace replaced by Premi-Air. The entire experience was very positive. From the original assessment to the quote to the booking and especially the installation. These guys really know what they are doing. Joe provided excellent service from planning to commissioning of our snowmelter system. He is knowledgeable, honest and very organized which made coordination with the concrete crew seamless. Joe made sure that we understood all the details of the operation of our system and is always available to help us if we have any questions. Now we can watch our neighbours struggling to clear their driveways while we watch our snowfree driveway from the comfort of our home.

We recently converted the heating in our house from oil to gas and Joe helped us every step of the way. He provided assistence in our gas line application prior to agreeing on the contract. During the installation, my wife went into labour and Joe and his crew took care of everything and left the house in good shape at the end of the job. His price was competative and we completly respect the way he does business. We will strongly consider using Premi-Air in the future!

I had the good fortune of using Premi-Air heating and A/C recentlyto install a new Coleman Furncae at my place of residance recently.
Their sales people were very informative and knowledgable as to the type of equipment my home would best be suited for as well as thier more than fair pricing.
Thier technicians were pleasant to deal with and considerate while in my home working.

Premi Air dealt with our water tank "emergency" promptly. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. When it was determined a replacement tank was required they quoted and installed immediately. The installers were first rate, removed all debris and tested the newly installed tank onsite. Our thanks to Victor, Dave, Mark and John. Great service, thank you.

I contacted Premi-air by email about coverage for a new HVAC system.
Their service manager Victor replied immediately with a comprehensive price list.
Their prices were very competitive and their service methods very thorough.

Victor gave me good advice about warranties and it turns out we won't need their
services for a while. When we do, they'll be my only call.
