have decided to switch companies after all their arrogance. in past a fellow named mark had serviced our pool. although he came across as knowledgable his worked ( as we found out later ) was far from professional and call backs were the norm. we went into their store last week and ge gave us some advice that we found strange and unwarranted. we got a second opinion from a discounters warehouse which turned out to be right on the money and resolved our pool problem. I would in the strongest terms suggest avoiding this company like the plague.

I had an obscure pool light bulb that no one had in stock or the pool company didn't even return my call when looking for it. I called pool masters and they didn't even have to look it up. They knew instantly what brand and model of pool light I had. They were fast, friendly, and thoroughly professional advising me on how to replace the bulb properly! I will be returning to these guys for all my pool supplies from now on!

I regularly buy supplies here, but really appreciate Talon's help and advice. I am a do-it-yourselfer and Talon gives me great tips to keep the pool looking great and to fix items myself, rather than just sell me something new each time. When I have needed help (i.e. new heater), they did a great job.

I have been dealing with Poolmaster for many years and service has always been great but recently it was over the top. In May I needed a new pump motor and impeller, Poolmaster had one in stock so I purchased it to replace a 13 year old unit. A week ago there was a problem with the unit, I took it in and Talon determined that the impeller was defective. After a frustrating few days for him trying to get replacement parts, the supplier finally realized that my unit had been discontinued being 13 years old. It wasn't frustrating for me because every other day Talon sent someone over to ensure that the pool was clean and the chemistry was correct. The problem was finally solved with the installation of a rebuilt unit, an extended warranty and no additional cost to me. Just amazing and a pleasure to deal with.

Talon is an exceptional young man. Last year, he went out of his way to help us overcome a persistent algae problem. He is knowledgable, personable, and reliable. We recommend him highly.

I purchased a Softub back in December and I just love it. What makes an purchase memorable is the service. Talon and Mark in the store are AWESOME. They are knowledgeable and so patient. The gentleman that delivered the tub (wish I remembered his name) was fantastic. Even on such a cold day, he delivered the tub, set it up and step-by-step showed me how to do everything afterwards myself. Thanks guys for everything. I brag about you all the time when people see my tub.

I ordered parts to repair a leaking drive shaft in my Softtub. Once everything was taken apart Iawa having problems. I called Poolmaster and the gentlemen put me on a video conference call and spend an hour walking me through the repairs. Great service and help! Thanks.
