I arranged to have my sister's belongings moved to a senior citizen's apartment. Polanski's estimate was very accurate. The 3 men Tom sent were extremely cooperative, patient and careful. I've dealt with a number of movers over the years. You can't do better than these guys. Highly recommended.

We were removing broadloom and sanding our living and dining rooms floors, so we needed several large pieces moved out an placed elsewhere. Chris and Rafael did a terrific job moving it out, and Tom and Rafael were equally efficient at moving it back. they were extremely careful, wrapped things as need be, and basically offered great customer service.

Simply put, Tom Polanski and his team are outstanding. From quoting the initial price to bringing in the last item, they were hard-working, polite, and honest.

My wife was really stressed about our move. It was just our second in 20 years. Tom, Chris and all the guys not only worked an amazingly long day, (8am to 6pm) but did so with a smile and without damaging a thing. Also, Tom's quote did not change by a penny. He'll tell you upfront that his company is not a "discount" moving outfit. But in this case, you certainly get what you pay for.

When my colleague raved about his movers I felt I had no choice but to get a quote from them! Chris Polanski arrived one snowy Saturday afternoon, as arranged, & was so flexible & accommodating in so doing that I just knew he and his moving crew would be excellent--and they were! All 6 of them were waiting in the truck before I arrived at the office for the move. In no time at all they had moved all the boxes & furniture in to their truck and dismantled the large desks with attached overhead compartments. When we all arrived at the new office in Mississauga the crew unloaded the truck, placed the boxes & furniture where we asked, while the principals reassembled the desks, wired up the lights & basically made the desks more secure than they had been for the previous 17 years! Furthermore, they pointed out where we should put felt pads to protect the glass doors from the furniture, added extension cords where the filing cabinets were blocking the wall outlets & generally made suggestions & took initiative over things that I certainly hadn't considered. The crew made short work of our move & it was completed in record time! I really don't want to consider moving again, but have already recommended this well-organized team to friends. Thanks for doing such a terrific job and for a reasonable price, much-appreciated!

My husband and I recently moved from Toronto to Prince Edward County, and we're so glad we chose Polanski Moving to help us! While not the cheapest or most expensive quote we received, it was Tom Polanski's professionalism and knowledge that sold us the moment he arrived for an initial walk through of our home. That professionalism extended throughout moving day. Two trucks arrived at 8 a.m. with Tom plus 4-man crew. They were incredible and organized in the way they moved everything starting on the third floor and working down to basement. And they were cheerful despite countless trips up and down so many stairs! Moving included a stop at a Toronto storage unit to load more stuff, and unload stuff at a Prince Edward County storage unit. By the time we arrived at our new home around 7:30 p.m. (it's a 2.5 hour drive from Toronto), the guys were already unloading, setting up beds, tables etc.! Job complete and they were heading back to the city around 9:30 p.m.! A long, tiring day for them but an incredible job done. THANK YOU GUYS!!

I have used Polanski Moving Systems several times in the last 12 months in order to move my eldery mother into a retirement home, in addition to using the company to move furniture in our home prior to and after a kitchen renovation. Tom and his team are very professional, organized, courteous, helpful and punctual. Polanski's prices are very reasonable, too. Tom provides a detailed estimate prior to the move and is always accessible. I would not hesitate to recommend Polanski Moving Systems to anyone. They provide a valuable service to anyone who requires a mover.

The movers were polite, friendly, and efficient. They were very careful with all my furniture - everything was wrapped in blankets so that nothing was damaged - and clothing was carefully packed in wardrobe boxes. They remembered which rooms the items were taken from and put them into the appropriate rooms upon arrival, with minimal direction. I could not believe how quickly everything was loaded and unloaded, so that the move was completed much sooner than I expected. I would highly recommend Polanski to my friends.

Moved from a large condo to a smaller one; a couple of drop offs for furniture disposal; the bulk went into storage for 4 months - Polanski Bros were on time, gave me notice when they were on their way - very professional, kind and considerate. I recommend them highly for their efficiency and how carefully they took care of my belongings. I recommend them highly.

After years of loyalty and referred business, Polanski arbitrarily changed their fee structure increasing our rate by 65%!!! (we just moved 10 months ago). We paid 1100$ plus tax in February 2016 and just got a quote for the exact same pile of furniture for 1700$ plus hst! Same move from house to apartment back to house!!!! I suppose it isn't criminal but it is certainly bad business. My guess is the next generation of the family has taken over and plans to run the business into the ground. I hope he enjoys the fancy Porsche he drove over in to give us our in home quote while it lasts! You won't keep loyal customers happy by increasing fees 65% within the same 12 month period! Shop around people. This company has just become greedy.
