Polanski Moving Systems

We have used Polanski Moving 3 times in the last 8 years as well as used their storage facilities. We couldn't be happier with their service, price, diligence and accommodation to our requests. All of their movers are polite, conscientious and go out of their way to be helpful.

Their prices are great but what really separates them is their professionalism, courtesy and flexibility. We highly recommend Tom, Chris and team to anyone!!

This company is exceptional. Careful, courteous, professional, efficient, clearly very experienced with a much-deserved reputation. And, because there were several of them working as a very smooth team (there were six for my move from a house to a condo), they were extraordinarily quick without giving any impression of rush at all. All the superlatives you see in the reviews here are absolutely justified.

Moving house is a stressful and demanding task. Polanski Moving was able to reduce our anxiety and make the process as smooth as it possibly could be. "Chris" and his crew were right on time in the morning and had us carefully packed and loaded before lunch. Large items (couch, table and beds were masterfully taken apart, and everything wrapped safely and securely.
Bright and early the next morning, the truck pulled up at our new Brockville home, and again it was unloaded and all items reassembled and placed in their appropriate room by lunchtime.
Courteous and careful, these folks do a marvellous job, all the time with a friendly and engaging spirit. The best moving experience we have ever had! Thank you so much!

My wife and I give Polanski a well deserved high rating for our recent move. The nine-member crew was outstanding – working seamlessly and tirelessly together to move the valuable contents of our house, garage and shed. Furniture was well wrapped, skillfully dismantled and reassembled where needed. The team was able to get large pieces through narrow doors and passage ways that we thought impassable. They were extremely pleasant and professional, offering to help if they saw us pick something up or checking to ensure furniture pieces were exactly where we wanted them. This is the moving company to hire.

While researching companies for moving our household from Toronto to St. Catharines my wife solicited recommendations from friends. We contacted about five of these companies for an estimate. Tom Polanski was the only one who came and looked at our stuff. He made a fair offer and stuck to it.

After 44 years in our home, we moved to a condo. After six estimates, we chose Polanksi Moving. The team of five movers did everything we asked for and more. We thought we'd had to hire someone to take off glass sliding doors to get our large, heavy desk into a small den. The movers tried and succeeded. They were very courteous and worked intelligently as a team. Not one wall was scratched nor one item broken. We have told all our friends not to go elsewhere. Thank you Tom and your team.

This is the second time I have used Polanski movers and they did not disappoint. They are very professional, courteous, and effiicient. They work hard and ensure that all of our funiture and possessions we carefully wrapped and delivered. I would highly recommend them as they are superb.

My real estate agent recommended Polanski movers. Tom came and looked at my family's possessions in person. I was happy with the quote and so I agreed. Polanski Movers showed up on time, the crew was extremely personable, pleasant and worked very efficiently but at the same time they were very careful with our stuff. They labelled boxes I'd forgotten to label, they shrink wrapped items, and furniture, they dismantled furniture if needed, and they moved quickly but not sloppily. They put the boxes in the correct rooms at the new destination and they made sure to check with me if they were unsure about something. They actually cared about my stuff! You hear horror stories about moving companies and Polanski was the complete opposite. They were amazing!!! If you want a smooth move, and let's face it: moving is never easy, I couldn't recommend Polanski Moving more.

My husband and I received a recommendation from our Real Estate Agent to use Polanski Movers. From the minute we contacted them we were treated with kindness and respect. They were quick to arrive for an Appraisal Review (actually returned for a second appt. when we messed up the dates) and sent us the Estimate promptly. Follow-ups were consice informative. On moving day the Team arrived on time and with several movers. The emptying of our condo was smooth and cheerful. A last minute stop to offload a piano was performed without complaint and we carried on to move all items into our new home. They completed the job on schedule and were on their way, leaving us to begin a new chapter in our desired
location.

We hired the Polanski Team because the quote they provided was the best. I will hire them again because Tom, Chris and their team of workers were polite and professional.
They came to our house on time and moved everything without issue.

It is stressful enough moving out of your home and these guys make you feel taken care of.
