Amazing customer service from the first appointment booking-quick and responsive to our scheduling constraints. Of the 5 companies that provided quotes, Walkers roof inspection (including attic!) was the most thorough. The follow-up meeting was very educational and gave us the information to make an informed decision. Once the job was scheduled, everything (roof and eaves) was completed so quickly and the clean-up left no evidence of a mess. The crew were like elves…we never saw them before we went to work in the morning., and we came home to a new roof and clean property! THANK YOU!

They've always been a great company. I had them do a roof 20 years ago and had it done again recently based on the quality of the previous work. They care and they're careful.

They are very trustworthy. They don't skimp out, or try to cover up problems. If there is a problem, they'll fix it.

I had them put in some basement windows and redo a flat portion of my roof. They did a very good job, showed up on time, did what they said they would. They have a very good responsible crew. The two times that I've used them, I've been very happy with their work. They are not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

There are many roofing companies that can get the job done in less than a day but none have shown the attention to detail of Peter & Greg Walker Contracting. They are not the cheapest, but you're paying to get the job done right.

New roof put on

We had Peter & Greg Walker put in a new roof.. I'm very happy with the work that was done. They did the work on time and cleaned up when they were finished. The work was done correctly, and there's been no leaks or anything.

Both our daughter and a neighbour have hired them since, and I would recommend them again.

We had a new flat roof built on the back of our house about 2 years ago. Everything went well, they did a good job and I've never had any problems with leakage or anything, so I'm quite satisfied.

You get what you pay for. In this case all work met our expectations and we now have a "New To Us" house with a vast improvement in curb appeal. Makes me feel good about coming home.

Peter & Greg Walker put a new roof on my girlfriends house. A couple of years later there was a problem with the roof. I called the company and Peter came straight out to the house. The fixed the problem straight away and were very helpful. This is an excellent company. You will be very happy with their service.

It was suggested that various things needed to be done which would make it more comfortable for us and prolong the life of the shingles. These suggestions certainly added to the cost of the job. Having said that, I was very impressed by the whole process from having the production manager give his sales talk, which was quite informative to the owner coming at the very end to answer any questions I might have. Each step of the process was explained in great detail and every step was fulfilled. As I said, the detail given was phenomenal. The crew was great. They worked steadily and completed what was agreed upon. They covered up everything and cleaned up before they left. They were polite and friendly at all times. At the very end, I was pleased with the outcome. Recently, there was a significant amount of rainfall as well as strong winds. Checking from the ground level everything looked fine. If something is wrong, I have the company’s guarantee that it will be made right. Walker does charge more money than other roofing companies. I always profess that I don’t mind paying if everything on the job goes well and it is done correctly.
I like what was said in the advertisement in the Guardian and I read the reviews on the company.
