I got Peel Region Paving to pave my driveway. The salesman Carlo was very professional and was on time for our appointment. On the day of them paving the driveway the crew was so organized and it was a pleasure watching them. They made it look so simple considering the weather that day was so hot.

We hired Peel Region Paving Co. in August 2018 to tear out our old driveway and widen it with a new design. Communication with Roger was excellent from day one when he came to give us our quote, all the way through to when our project was completed in October. They showed up on demo day exactly when they said they would, were courteous, quick and clean. Then Roger kept in touch through the fall while we waited for interlock work we were also having done to be completed before coming back to pour the asphalt, checking in consistently to make sure he left time in the season to complete our job. The finished product is perfect, the price was fair, the company was super easy to work with... great experience, highly recommend.

i had work done last year with a company that was $1000 cheaper. my driveway crumbled last mont, i realized the previous company only put 1inch of asphalt. Carlos came yesturday with his crew outside of their regular schedule and fixed it for my daughters wedding next week, this company is a life saver. Thank you Carlo I will recommend peel highly!

If you need expert paving done you NEED to call Peel Region Paving. Right from the get go when requesting a quote to getting the work done to checking up on us after to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Amazing company, professional staff. I paved my driveway last year with Peel Region Paving and I’m glad I did after shopping around . They were very responsive, professional, on -time and did an excellent high quality job on our driveway. Driveway still in great condition . They Offer very competitive pricing . I would definitely recommend them. Carlo was the salesperson I dealt with ,he us such a pleasant and honest guy .

First off i would like to advise everyone i am a general contractor that works on commercial and residential sites, so i can appreciate how to manage a business and provide customer service. I would never leave any of my customers in this type of position. I have warned Carlo that if we can not fix the problem, i would resort to advising as many ppl about his care and concern for customers and their homes. I had my personal home driveway done by Carlo and his team. The job is HUGE in comparison to normal 2-4 car driveways. This driveway can hold 40-45 cars and cost me 17K. The project started on time, and was completed on time. However the major concern is due to the PONDING. Any driveway that holds water in puddles is not going to stand the test of time. This concern was brought to Carlo post installation and now I am 8 months in with no response from the company on resolving the issue... My advice, DONT PAY until you have seen RAIN and confirmed that no ponding/puddling is present, or just go with another company... If by chance Carlo makes plans to fix his issues, i will advise all and append to my post.

In a word, stay away.
I never write reviews on anything but this one - I just had to.
I know Carlo will most likely come on here and say the job was done right and I am too picky but believe me it was not done correctly.
They sell you on the idea of a great job for a great price - right.
On my entire street, they did maybe 6 houses at the same time - all of whom I spoke with and agreed on less than average job. Not one was satisfied with their driveway.
Carlo (the owner) even admitted that they received a BAD BATCH of asphalt for our street and that's where it ends. He says and I quote "it's a driveway, not ceramic tiles ". He did nothing about it even knowing that the asphalt was "bad".
Yes it's a driveway, but it ended with discolouration, pitted holes in multiple places, lines left by the roller machine and it was so soft that I can easily poke a finger in it and leave dents - yes dents, and it wasn't a hot day (as they would argue!). A neighbour of mine came by and commented that my driveway looks like it's 10 years old already.

Anyway I could go on and on but I think my point is clear.
This company needs to UP it's quality and UP it's post-service greatly.
I asked repeatedly to correct the issues with no actionable response, only defending their job as adequate for a driveway.
Customer service: 0
I wasn't the only one on my street disappointed so it's definitely not me.
If you want your asphalt driveway done right, go elsewhere, trust me.
And to Carlo, I'm not sure how you stayed in business so long (maybe it's the prices that get people, I don't know) but you really need to work on a quality, long-lasting product that people expect in a driveway.
Avoid at all costs. Seriously.

I'm not exaggerating - trust me, I have nothing to gain at this point. The money was wasted already. Anyone interested, come by and have a look ( I know sometime has passed now but believe me, it was just the same when it was "new").
You say you came by and only noticed a mark from a plant, please....there were pitted holes all over the place, crumbling asphalt on the edges, asphalt even looked light grey in colour when new!!! This is ridiculous. Carlo even admitted that they received a BAD BATCH of asphalt and that there were multiple complaints on the street which I verified. Cmon, you're admitting to a bad batch you applied but now there's nothing wrong with it ?
Doesn't make sense to me.
I'm sure people can find a more reputable and customer focused company to deal with.
Why even bother with all these negative reviews, you know what's coming if you deal with this company.
And they will STOP taking your phone calls as read in other reviews, that's for sure. That's what I call great customer service.

Buyer beware!!!!!

We had our small driveway done by Peel Region Paving in July 2017. Only one winter after, we noticed lots of cracks, curving surface all over the pavement. We reported our concerns to Carlo in April 2018 since it is still within 1 year warranty period. Carlo agreed to come over during fall since summer is their peak season. I waited and followed up with Carlo in early October and made an arrangement with Carlo for an onsite inspection. I took that day off waiting for them to come. NO ONE SHOWED UP!! It was so difficult to get hold of them after we paid the money. But now, I was completely disconnected with them. No responses at all! The lost to us maybe a couple thousands at the most, but to your company, Peel Region Paving, it kills your business!

Very professional and prompt service. Roger was quick and reasonable with his estimate. All work was completed under one weeks time. Would recommend to others. No concerns towards work/ service.
