The kind service was a great change from many other businesses of today. A front receptionist, plenty of parking room and ease of dropping off and picking up my rugs was very simple. After a paint spill I called them for help. I am a long time satisfied customer. Linda told me to keep the the area wet so I scraped off the excess, spritzed it and covered with wet paper towelling. The guys arrived quickly to pick it up. It came back today and there is absolutely no trace
of my mistake. Huge sigh of relief! I would have had to redecorate if they
had not done what they do so well. Much thanks to everyone.

OnThe Spot came highly recommended by many of our friends and we were not disappointed. We had not had a our carpets cleaned since they were installed (not a good idea!) - the result was excellent. We had a question about one of the rooms and On the Spot responded quickly and professionally. They came out, had a look, and redid a small area for us.
