My partner and I just bought a gorgeous fix me up home and we thought it would be wise to start with the things that would help us save some money so we replaced the old Patio Door and installed a storm door with Consumers Choice. What a marvelous idea that was - best decision we could have made. My partner and I have been recommending to all our family and friends to do renovations now while the EcoEnergy Grant is available. (Take what you can while you can) that is my motto. We did our research and found that Consumers Choice has been in the business over 25 years and back their years of service with an exceptional rating with the BBB. We found that their service and workmanship definitely speaks for itself. We would like to give a big round of applause to our sales rep Alex and our installation crew Dale and Brandon and of course all the lovely ladies in the office. Cheers!!

I recommended Consumers Choice to my neighbor and showed her the fantastic work they did but she went with someone else and after seeing the work they did for her and the headache she went through with them I realized what a great company I dealt with. I called my sales rep Alex out to see if he could give another quote to re-do the work that this other company had done and he definitely went above the call of duty. New front door in Feb. Door was not fitted properly. Lucas came out twice still not done properly. Inspector came out advised was not done properly. Said we need shimming and plum. We had new frame work done on outside of door we did not touch the door. Lucas came over a 3rd time and walked away when he saw the frame work. They will not honour inspectors word to install and shimmer properly. Very angry and dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend to any friends or worst enemy. Still waiting for door to be fixed properly. Ruth the manager was dishonest said parts were ordered but were not.

My family and I have been in Canada for 1 year. We needed new windows to keep out the cold. We spoke to a few people but it was very confusing. Then we invited a Consumer's Choice man to come visit us. He was very patient and explained everything. We were entitled to a government grant and a tax credit! We would have nver know this.

I recently had Consumers Choice install 15 Enersave, Energy Star qualified windows into my home and I would like to take this time to thank you for the excellent work that your company did. I only send letters to those companies which either meet or exceed my stringent standards and Consumers Choice definitely did. My friends and family often ask for my opinion and advice when it comes to renovations or remodelling because of my attention to detail and my knowledge of home building and renovations. I expect anyone working on my home to provide me with contractors that not only take pride in the work that they do but have that old world craftsmanship as well - which is a rare commodity today.

When I met Larry Breslow who in my opinion did an excellent job selling me on the company and the windows, he assured me I would get the best installers - and I did.

Brendan and Rob did a great job. I went with a "brick to brick" installation everything from the removal of old windows to the installation of the new windows went great. Since my installation was completed I've had several people knock on my door and asked me whom I used to install the windows. I would strongly recommend Consumers Choice, and a special thank you to Larry, Brendan and Rob - the industry needs more professionals such as yourselves.
