Ryan & Ben arrived last week to replace our old A/C. After disconnecting the old unit, they discovered a major problem in the way the unit had been installed. Ryan clearly explained the problem and the alternatives to a proper installation. A half day installation turned into a 12 hour one.
They were professional, communicative, respectful,clean, friendly and very enthusiastic about their work. They took real pride in what they did. Ryan left me with several good tips on vents being open, filters fan etc. The house is much more comfortable between the new unit and the tips Ryan gave me.
They were without doubt, the best all-round tradesmen I have ever dealt with. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure having you here!!

This is the second time we've gone with Natural Choice, and that should speak for itself. This time around we were equally impressed by the level of customer service and care that they provide. The finished product is excellent (AC in a new build), and we are comfortable again!

James contacted us quickly. THeir crew was on time. Respectful and informative. Did a great job installing the new A/C. Just need to have the weather warm up to really put the new unit through its paces. But is a definite upgrade from our old one.
