Natural Choice is an amazing company ! It touched me in many ways and restored my faith in contractors. I'm saying this because, after moving in my new home, I've had to call many and only had bad experiences. It was an unexpected break to have such professional, hard working, creative and caring guys like Kris and Kyle. I will forever be grateful to them, not only for what they did, but also for restoring my faith in humanity. Despite the effort the work required, they constantly showed grace, patience, respect and joy for what they do. Thank you so much ! You are wonderful, amazing people !
Let me start from the beginning and I apologize for the length of this review, but I have so much to say. I called the company after reading the reviews and comparing with others. They had excellent reviews and were the cheapest in terms of cost. When I explained my needs, they understood that they would send their technician twice (to unhook old stove and hook the new one after its delivery). Other companies had said they would charge me twice the same amount. However, the manager at Natural Choice decided he was not going to do that even though I understood the situation and did not ask for a reduced price. Anyways, Kris was sent to my home to unhook the old stove. After he left, I received my new stove and fridge. Unfortunately, my fridge was too big to be taken to the basement. I thought going around my home to the walkout basement door could be a solution, but there was a huge A/C blocking the way. The Delivery company gave up and left. So I called Natural Choice again to ask to remove the A/C and put it back in place after the fridge had passed. That was going to cost me $ 350. Well, Kris came back with Kyle. After evaluating the situation, they decided it was going to cost me more money to remove the A/C, since it would have required more time. They went well beyond what they were paid to do and actually moved the huge fridge to the basement themselves without charging me anything more than the extra hour. They figured out a very creative way to do the job that no one had thought of. Total came to $ 229 instead of $ 479.

Our furnace was replaced last winter by James and his crew, who did an outstanding job. Then 8 months later our 20 year old a/c was not cooling properly so I texted James who immediately wrote me back on things to check myself. When these checks did not end up working we knew the a/c was toast and not worth fixing. James set me up with a 13 seer Rheem unit that has worked flawlessly the entire summer.

Matt and other crew did another great job on installing the unit, having to relocate it because it was larger than our old unit. Always neat and tidy.

Amazing time and advice they are willing to give. Always returned my calls or texts, very honest about the work needed as well as the work that's not necessary (never tries to upsell).
We had a red-tag assigned from Embridge and Natural Choice, though they didn't do the work embridge required, coached us on what needed to be done in order to pass inspection. Natural Choice also inspected and signed off on the work done to make sure it was correct.

Very happy with the service and professionalism I experienced in dealing with James, Matt, Brad and Gavin.

Began with a call to inspect our AC that broke down, and James clearly explained the options for repair and replacement.

Installation of new AC and Water heater was scheduled quickly.

A couple of weeks after installation, I did have to call regarding potential issue. Although late in the day, James was able to get Matt and Brad onsite same day to resolve and everything is working great.

Will recommend their service to others.

Working with Natural choice was a pleasant surprise. The entire process from requesting a quote, reviewing repair options, scheduling the installation, follow up, and equipment adjustments, was efficient and pleasant. I think I can safely say that Natural Choice is changing the paradigm of customer service. They walk the talk. All the technicians and management were considerate, friendly and efficient. All their equipment is in perfect condition.

Our furnace with humidifier was leaking pretty badly and we wanted to get someone up to give us a diagnosis. The company we have used in the past had come out first, but was not able to determine the cause and charged us $40 for the house call.

We called Natural Choice next because they are still listed on the (going bankrupt) Sears website for furnace service and we knew the previous owners had the furnace purchased and installed with Sears. We got an immediate call to book an appointment and we were told it would be $100 for the housecall regardless of the time spent in diagnosing the problem. We found the price a bit steep to be honest, but we went ahead and made the appointment. Service was friendly, prompt and on time. We were given a couple of easy
solutions to try which hopefully help and we were told if it doesn't work to reach out again, that it could then be a manufacturers issue. Very pleased with the service received, and would call them again.

We are very satisfied with the team which installed our A/C unit....they where very professional and knowledgeable and gained my confidence.....a great job guys! Definitely would recommend your company in the future!

When our tankless water heater broke and our original installer was nowhere to be found, James and his team were there for us and helped us through a difficult time. They helped us make the warranty claim with the manufacturer, and handled an issue when a shipping company damaged one of the replacement parts and dealing with the manufacturer to get a new part shipped. James kept us informed almost daily with status updates and assured us that as soon as they had the necessary parts from the manufacturer that he would get our hot water working. We were also comfortable with the way James provided information and advice. James provided clear information without any attempt to “upsell” or suggest that we needed more than we did in an HVAC system. On James’ advice, we went ahead and replaced our aging furnace with a two stage, variable fan, furnace along with a smart thermostat (Ecobee 3). The removal of the old furnace, installation of the new one and the repair of the tankless was all done in less than a day the James’ team did a professional looking installation and left the furnace room in a clean state. We were very pleased with the work done and the manner in which James kept us informed and followed up with us after the fact. Thank you for helping us deal with the hot water system and making us feel comfortable with the process James! We are looking forward to seeing how the new system makes our house more comfortable and to see the difference in our energy costs.

Great service from start to finish. James was very knowledgeable and offered great advice with no pressure to upsell me. Install crew was courtious and on time and cleaned up after themselves.
